Ortaokul öğrencilerinin Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi dersine karşı içsel ve dışsal motivasyon düzeylerinin belirlenmesi

Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, ortaokul öğrencilerinin Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi dersine yönelik içsel ve dışsal motivasyon düzeylerini tespit etmektir. Çalışmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden betimsel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi 2023-2024 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında Malatya ilinde bulunan 4 farklı okulda eğitim gören 6, 7 ve 8. sınıf düzeyindeki 527 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada veriler "Motivasyon Ölçeği" ve "Kişisel Bilgi Formu" kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Bu veri toplama araçları yoluyla öğrencilerin Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi dersine yönelik motivasyon düzeylerinin ortaya konulması ve bunun cinsiyet, öğrenim görülen okul, sınıf düzeyi, daha önce din eğitimi alma durumu ve aile gelir durumuna göre incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS programıyla analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucuna göre, İçsel motivasyonun, cinsiyet, sınıf, daha önce din eğitimi alma, aile gelir durumu ve okula göre anlamlı bir farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Dışsal motivasyon, sınıf düzeyi, daha önce din eğitimi alma, aile gelir durumu ve okula göre anlamlı bir farklılık gösterirken, cinsiyete göre anlamlı bir fark tespit edilmemiştir. Önemseme boyutunun ise cinsiyet, aile gelir durumu ve okula göre anlamlı fark gösterirken, sınıf ve daha önce din eğitimi alma durumuna göre anlamlı bir fark tespit edilmemiştir. The aim of this study is to determine the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation levels of secondary school students towards Religious Culture and Ethics course. Descriptive survey model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used in the study. The sample of the study consists of 527 6th, 7th and 8th grade students studying in 4 different schools in Malatya in the 2023-2024 academic year. The data were obtained by using "Motivation Scale" and "Personal Information Form". Through these data collection tools, it was aimed to reveal the motivation levels of the students towards the Religious Culture and Ethics course and to examine it according to gender, school, grade level, previous religious education and family income status. The data obtained were analyzed with SPSS program. According to the results of the study, it was determined that intrinsic motivation showed a significant difference according to gender, grade level, previous religious education, family income status and school. Extrinsic motivation showed a significant difference according to grade level, previous religious education, family income status and school, while no significant difference was found according to gender. While the dimension of caring showed a significant difference according to gender, family income status and school, no significant difference was found according to grade level and previous religious education.
