| dc.description.abstract | Şer'iyye sicilleri, Kadıların görevleri gereği mahkemelerde verdikleri hükümleri, merkezden gelen belgeleri ve sorumlu oldukları yerlerdeki önemli olayları kaydettikleri defterlerdir. Bu siciller, kadı ve naiblerin mahkemelerde hüccet, ilâm, maruz, mürasele şeklinde kaydettikleri hükümleri, tayin beratlarını, buyruldu, tezkire, tahrirleri geçtikleri kaza, kasaba ve köylerde olan önemli olaylara dair kayıtlar ihtiva etmektedir. Şer'iyye Sicillerindeki konular bir kaza idaresinde meydana gelebilecek her türlü olay ve düzenlemeler ile tarihi gerçekleri kapsar. Şer'iyye sicillerinden, o dönemin ekonomik, sosyal, kültürel ve hukuki durumunu, askerlikle ilgili bilgileri, savaş öncesi ve sonrası toplumsal olaylarını çıkarmak mümkündür. Bu çalışmada, 163 Numaralı Arapgir Şer'iyye Sicil Defterinin tanıtımı, sicilin kaydedildiği Arapgir hakkında değerlendirme, hükümlerin özeti ve hükümlerin konulara göre tasnifi yapılmıştır. 163 No'lu defterden yararlanılarak 1308–1311 (1892–1895), üç yıl içerisindeki Arapgir'in sosyal, kültürel, ekonomik, hukuki ve siyasi hayatı hakkında bilgi sahibi olmaktayız. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Sharia Records are record books in which the decisions Muslim Judges had given, the documents that comes from central government and the important events took place in the region they are responsible were recorded. Sharia Records consist of decisions of Muslim Judges and their deputies recorded as letters, proofs, reports and presentations; appointment patents, biographies and the land documents of important events in the cities, towns and villages. The subjects of Sharia Records contains historical realities with every kind of events and regulations that can occur in a governmental town. It is possible to infer economic, social, cultural and legal situation of the period, informations about military service, pre-war and post-war social events from Sharia Records. In this study; the introduction of Arapgir Sharia Record Book, evaluation of Arapgir where these registries recorded, summary of judgements and classification of judgements according to the subjects were made. By benefitting from Book Number 163, we can have information about social, cultural, economic, legal and political life of Arapgir in a period of three years 1308-1311(1892-1895). | en_US |
