ORTAOKUL YÖNETİCİLERİNİN VE ÖĞRETMENLERİNİN PSİKOLOJİK DANIİMA VE REHBERLİK HİZMETLERİ SERVİSİNDEN BEKLENTİLERİ (MALATYA İLİ)

Özet
Öz: Araştırmanın amacı ortaokullarda müdürü, müdür yardımcısı ve öğretmenlerin psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik servisine yönelik görüşlerinin ve beklentilerinin değerlendirilmesidir. Bu araştırmada betimsel tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini 2016-2017 Eğitim Öğretim yılında Malatya ili ve ilçelerinde ortaokullarda görev yapmakta olan 175 yönetici ve öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. İlk olarak “Okul psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik hizmetleri servisi sizin için ne ifade ediyor?” sorusu kullanılmaktadır. Alınan cevaplar sonucunda; “Yol gösteren”, “Yardım eden”, “Yönlendiren”, “Bilgi veren”, “Önlem alan”, “Öğrenciyi tanıma faaliyetlerinde bulunan” ve “Öğretmen veli idare ilişkilerinde köprü / işbirliği sağlayan” temalarına ulaşılmıştır. İkinci olarak “Öğrencilerinizi okul psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik hizmetleri servisine hangi durumlarda yönlendiriyorsunuz?“ sorusu kullanılmıştır. Cevaplar; “Sınıf rehber öğretmeni sorunu çözemediğinde”, “Sorunu olan öğrenciler”, “Sorunu olmayan öğrenciler” ve “Okul idaresi sorunu çözemediğinde” şeklindedir. Üçüncü olarak; “Okul psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik hizmetleri servisinden mesleki, eğitsel ve kişisel rehberlik konusunda beklentileriniz nelerdir?“ sorusu kullanılmıştır. Cevaplar; İşini severek yapma”, “Alanında uzmanlık”, “Daha çok mesleki rehberlik”, “Daha çok eğitsel rehberlik”, “Daha çok kişisel rehberlik”, “Velilerle daha çok iletişim” ve “Öğrencilere PDR servisinin ne olduğunu kavratma” şeklindedir. Müdür, müdür yardımcısı ve öğretmenlerin işbirliği içinde çalışması ve beklentilerin karşılanabilmesi için; okul psikolojik danışmanlarının rehberlik servisini tanıtıcı hem okul yönetimi ve öğretmenler hem de öğrencileri kapsayan seminerler verebilir.
Öz: The aim of the study is to evaluate the perception and expectations of the director, deputy director and teachers about the psychological counseling and guidance services in secondary schools. Descriptive screening method was used in this study. Sample of the study consists administrators and teachers who work in secondary schools in Malatya province and districts in the academic year 2016-2017.First question is ”What does the school counseling and guidance service mean to you?”. As a result of the answers received; Themes that provide guidance, help, directing, providing information, taking precautionary measures, learning activities of students, and providing bridge / cooperation in teacher-parent relations are reached. Second question is “In which situations are you directing your students to the school counseling and guidance services? Answers; When the class guidance counselor cannot solve the problem, students with the Problem are in the form of pupils without a Problem and when the School administration cannot resolve the problem. The third question is What are your expectations for vocational, educational and personal guidance from school counseling and guidance services? Answers; Doing his job, Loving his field, More vocational guidance, More educational guidance, More personal guidance, More communication with parents and Understanding what psychological counselling and guidance service is for students. In order for the manager, assistant manager and teachers to work in cooperation and meet the expectations; The school counseling and guidance services of the school counselors can be given both by the school administration and by teachers and teachers.
