dc.description.abstract3-6 Yaş Çocukların Depresif Belirtileri ile Annelerin Duygusal İstismar Potansiyeli Arasındaki İlişki Amaç: Bu araştırma 3-6 yaş çocukların depresif belirtileri ile annelerin duygusal istismar potansiyeli arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Materyal ve Metot: Araştırma nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2023-2024 eğitim-öğretim yılında Bingöl ilinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında eğitim gören 3-6 yaş arası 403 çocuk ve anneleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri 'Kişisel Bilgi Formu', 'Çocuk Depresif Semptom Değerlendirme Ölçeği' ve '3-6 Yaş Çocuğa Sahip Ebeveynlere Yönelik Duygusal İstismar Potansiyeli Ölçeği' kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadaki verilerin analizi IBM SPSS paket programı ile yapılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde; t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi, pearson korelasyon analizi, Mann Whitney U testi, Kruskal Wallis testi, spearman korelasyon analizi ve Posthoc analizleri kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: 3-6 yaş çocukların depresif belirtileri ile annelerin duygusal istismar potansiyeli arasında istatistiki yönden anlamlı bir ilişki bulunamamıştır. İki ölçeğin alt boyutları arası en yüksek ilişki sosyal uyum alt boyutu ile önleyici alt boyutu arasında anlamlı ve negatif yönlü; bilişsel süreçlerde bozulma alt boyutu ile nedensel alt boyutu arasında ise anlamlı ve pozitif yönlü bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Annelerin duygusal istismar potansiyellerinin 3-6 yaş çocukların depresif belirtilerini yordamasına ilişkin yapılan analizde, annenin duygusal istismar davranışlarının çocuğun depresif belirtilerinin %18.1'ini etkilediği saptanmıştır. Sonuç: Çocuk depresif semptom değerlendirme ölçeği ile annelerin duygusal istismar potansiyeli arasındaki ilişkide ölçeklerin alt boyutları arasında anlamlı ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bununla birlikte, annelerin duygusal istismar potansiyellerinin 3-6 yaş çocukların depresif belirtilerini anlamlı bir şekilde yordadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. dc.description.abstractThe Relationship Between the Depressive Symptoms of Children Aged 3-6 and The Emotional Abuse Potential of Mothers Aim: This study was conducted to examine the relationship between the depressive symptoms of children aged 3-6 and the emotional abuse potential of mothers. Material and Method: The research was conducted using the relational screening model, one of the quantitative research methods. The sample of the research consists of 403 children and their mothers aged 3-6 years old, studying in pre-school education institutions affiliated with the Ministry of National Education in Bingöl province in the 2023-2024 academic year. The data of the research were obtained using the 'Personal Information Form', 'Child Depressive Symptom Assessment Scale' and 'Emotional Abuse Potential Scale for Parents of 3-6 Year Old Children'. In the study, a relational screening model was used from quantitative research methods. The data in the research was analyzed with the IBM SPSS package program. In the analysis of data; t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis test, Spearman correlation analysis and Posthoc analysis were used. Results: There is no statistically significant relationship between depressive symptoms in children aged 3-6 and the emotional abuse potential of mothers. The highest relationship between the sub-dimensions of the two performances was found to be significant and negative between the social adaptation sub-dimension and the preventive sub-dimension; and a significant and positive relationship was found between the impairment in cognitive processes sub-dimension and the causal sub-dimension. In the analysis conducted on the prediction of depressive symptoms in children aged 3-6 by the emotional abuse potential of mothers, the classification of 18.1% of depressive symptoms by the mother's emotional abuse behaviors. Conclusion: In the relationship between the child depressive symptom assessment performance and the emotional abuse potential of mothers, a significant relationship can be reached where there is a significant relationship between the sub-dimensions of the scales. However, the signs that the emotional abuse potential of children aged 3-6 significantly predicted were reached. Keywords: Child, Depressive Symptoms, Emotional Abuse, Mother
