Özet
Bu çal mada Siyaset Bilimin ülkemizdeki geli imi ve de erli bilim insan Prof. Dr. Tar k Zafer TUNAYA'n n meslek ya amöyküsü incelenmi tir. Ülkemizdeki siyaset biliminin geli mesi ve bu geli menin içerisinde de erli bilim insan n n ya am öyküsü ve yap tlar ile bu geli meye yapm oldu u katk ortaya konulmaya çal lm t r. Ayr ca siyaset biliminin ülkemizde daha iyi geli mesi ve tan nmas için nelerin yap la bilece i konusunda önerilerde bulunulmu tur. Siyaset bilimi ile u ra m bilim insanlar ndan birisi olan Prof. Dr. Tar k Zafer TUNAYA'n n yap tlar ve uygulamalar n tan tarak de erinin ortaya konulmaya çal lm t r. Ara t rma dört kesimden olu maktad r. Birinci kesimde; ara t rman n konusu, amac , denenceleri, yöntemi, evreni ve örneklemi, ile siyaset bilimi aç s ndan önemli kavram tan mlar na yer verilmi tir. -kinci kesimde; siyaset bilimi nedir?, ilgili disiplinler, Türk siyaset biliminin geli me düzeyi, siyaset bilimi yay nlar n n Türkiye'de geli me düzeyi, Türkiye'de siyaset bilimi yap tlar n tan tma çal malar ve Türkiye'de siyaset bilimi yazar ve ara t rmac lar n tan tma çal malar na örnekler verilmi tir. Üçüncü kesimde; ?Türk Siyaset Bilimciler ve Örnek Bir Türk Siyaset Bilimcisi Olarak Prof. Dr. Tar k Zafer TUNAYA? alt ba l klar bulunmaktad r. Prof. Dr. Tar k Zafer TUNAYA'n n ya am öyküsü, yap tlar n n s n fland r larak tan t lmas , uygulamalar n n tan t lmas ve uzmanl k alanlar bak m ndan incelenmesi yap larak, bilim insan ula lan bilgiler do rultusunda tan t lmaya çal lm t r. Dördüncü kesimde elde edilen bilgiler do rultusunda ula lan bulgulara, üretilen önerilere ve sonuça yer verilmi tir. In this thesis, the development of political science in our country and the career biography of of valuable scientist Prof. Dr. Tar k Zafer TUNAYA is investigated. The development process of political science in our country and the biography of valuable scientist and his contributions to the development process by his works is tried to state. And also suggestions are developed about how better political scince can be developed, presented and explained to our country. The importance of Prof. Dr. Tar k Zafer TUNAYA, one of the scientist attended in political science, is stated by establishing his studies and researches. The research has four sections. In first section; the subject, aim, hypothesis, methodology, universe and sampling of reseach and definitions of important concepts in political science is stated. At the second section; the concept of political science and related literature, the development level of Turkish political science, the deveopment level of political science reviews in Turkey is determined and also the studies of establishing scientific research works in political science and political scientists and writers are exemplified. In the third section; the biography of Prof. Dr. Tar k Zafer TUNAYA is discussed. His scientific research works, practises and his area of specialization is determined. And by this way in accordance with the acquired information Prof. Dr. Tar k Zafer TUNAYA is tried to present. At the fourth section; the findings that are attained in accordance with the acquired data, suggestions and result is discussed.
