Abstract
Amaç: Bu çalışmada eczanelerde karşılaşılan etik ikilemlerin detaylı analizlerinin yapılması hedeflenmiştir. Materyal ve Metot: Çalışmamız tanımlayıcı nitelikte bir araştırmadır. Evreni Malatya ili merkezinde bulunan 226 eczanenin tümüdür. 25 sorudan oluşan ve özgün olarak hazırladığımız anket ile Mart 2022- Nisan 2022 tarihleri arasında yüz yüze ve on-line olarak katılmaya gönüllü eczacılara ve eczane teknisyenlerine yapılmıştır. Anket verilerinin analizi 'SPSS' programı ile yapılmış olup karşılaştırma testleri için anlamlılık düzeyi p<0.05 olarak alınmıştır. Bulgular: Katılımcıların %47.24'nün eczacı, %52.76'nın ise eczane teknisyeni olduğu görülmektedir. Ankete katılan teknisyenlerin ilköğretim, lise, ön lisans, lisans ve yüksek lisans mezunu olmalarına göre sırasıyla %77.27, %91.49, %90.32, %66.67 ve %100 oranlarında etik ikilem kavramını bildiklerini belirtmişlerdir. Bu oranın eczacılardan lisans mezunlarında %69.70, yüksek lisans mezunlarında %85, doktora mezunlarında ise %100 olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç: Ankete katılan eczacıların ve eczane teknisyenlerinin eğitim durumlarına ve meslekteki çalışma sürelerine göre yapılan incelemelerde tüm gruplarda etik algısının ve etik değerlere duyulan hassasiyetin yüksek olduğu, etik ikilem kavramının katılımcıların çok büyük bir kısmı tarafından bilindiği, her iki meslek grubunun da eğitim düzeylerini geçmiş yıllara göre ileri düzeylere taşıdıkları görülmüştür. The analysis of the survey data was made with the 'SPSS' program and the level of significance was taken as p<0.05 for comparison tests. Results: It is seen that 47.24% of the participants are pharmacists and 52.76% are pharmacy technicians. The technicians who participated in the survey stated that they knew the concept of ethical dilemma at the rates of 77.27%, 91.49%, 90.32%, 66.67% and 100%, respectively, depending on whether they were primary school, high school, associate degree, undergraduate and graduate. This rate was found to be 69.70% for undergraduates, 85% for master's graduates, and 100% for doctoral graduates from pharmacists. Conclusion: In the examinations made according to the education levels and working hours of the pharmacists and pharmacy technicians participating in the survey, the perception of ethics and sensitivity to ethical values is high in all groups, the concept of ethical dilemma is known by a very large part of the participants, the education levels of both occupational groups are higher than the previous years. have been found to be advanced.
