dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, insanlık tarihinin teknolojik dönüşüm sürecinden yola çıkarak, yapay zekâ teknolojilerinin iş gücü piyasası üzerindeki etkilerini ekonomik ve sosyolojik boyutlarıyla ele alan kapsamlı bir akademik araştırmadır. Çalışmanın temel odak noktası, yapay zekânın iş gücü üzerindeki etkileridir. Özellikle tarım, imalat ve hizmet sektörlerindeki dönüşüm ayrıntılı biçimde incelenmekte; yapay zekânın verimliliği artırırken düşük vasıflı iş gücünde işsizlik, beceri uyumsuzluğu ve fırsat eşitsizliği yarattığı gösterilmektedir. Aynı zamanda yüksek bilişsel beceri gerektiren yeni mesleklerin ortaya çıkmasıyla iş gücü yapısının nasıl değiştiği ve bu değişimin toplumsal eşitsizlikleri nasıl derinleştirdiği değerlendirilmektedir. Çalışma, yalnızca teknolojik ilerlemeleri değil, bu ilerlemelerin bireyler, sektörler ve toplum üzerindeki çok katmanlı etkilerini sosyolojik bir çerçevede ele almaktadır. Yapay zekânın sunduğu fırsatların yanı sıra eğitimden sosyal politikaya kadar çeşitli alanlarda dönüşüm ihtiyacını gündeme getirerek, yeniden eğitim, beceri kazandırma, robot vergisi gibi çözüm önerileri sunmaktadır. Nitel yöntemle hazırlanan bu araştırma, doküman incelemesi yoluyla desteklenmekte, ampirik saha çalışması içermemektedir. Yapay zekâ teknolojilerinin teknik yönlerinden ziyade, yol açtığı sosyo-ekonomik dönüşümler odak noktasıdır. Özellikle üretimin otomasyonu, insan emeği ihtiyacının azalması, yeni iş tanımları ve yeniden yapılandırılan iş süreçleri kapsamlı biçimde ele alınmaktadır. dc.description.abstractThis study is a comprehensive academic research that examines the transformation of artificial intelligence technologies on the labor market in economic and sociological dimensions, starting from the technological transformation process of human history. The main focus of the study is the effects of artificial intelligence on the workforce. In particular, the transformation in the agriculture, manufacturing, and service sectors is examined in detail; it is shown that while artificial intelligence increases productivity, it also leads to unemployment among low-skilled labor, skill mismatches, and inequality of opportunity. At the same time, it has been evaluated how the structure of the workforce has changed with the emergence of new professions requiring high cognitive skills and how this change has deepened social inequalities. The study examines not only technological advances but also the multi-layered effects of these advances on individuals, sectors and society within a sociological framework. In addition to the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence, it brings up the need for transformation in various areas from education to social policy, and offers solutions such as reskilling, upskilling, and robot tax. This research, prepared with a qualitative method, is supported by a literature review and does not include empirical field work. Rather than the technical aspects of artificial intelligence technologies, the focus is on the socio-economic transformations they bring about. In particular, the automation of production, the decreasing need for human labor, the emergence of new job definitions, and the restructuring of work processes are examined in a comprehensive manner.
