| dc.description.abstract | Bu arastırmada, 5 ilde bulunan 6 resmi kurulusla 15 özel sektöre ait toplam 21 adet halı sahanın aydınlatma durumu incelenmistir. Buna göre arastırmada, resmi kuruluslar ve özel sektöre ait halı sahaların aydınlatılmasında, standartların nasıl olması gerektigi ve mevcut halı sahaların bu standartlara uygunluk düzeyi arastırılmıstır. Ayrıca halı sahalarda yetersiz aydınlatmanın seyirci ve sporcu saglıgına, sporcunun verimine olan olumlu ve olumsuz etkileri incelenmistir. Sonuç olarak, hem resmi kuruluslara hem de özel sektöre ait halı sahalarda aydınlatma düzeylerinin olması gerekenden %50 daha az oldugu tespit edilmis, mevcut halı sahaların saglıklı ve verimli spor yapabilmek için gerekli olan ideal aydınlatma kosullarını saglamadıgı anlasılmıstır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | It is the lighting system of the 21 mini football fields(halı saha), six of which belong to the state institutions and fifteen of which to the Private Sector in five different cities which is investigated in this research. What we discussed here is how the standards of the lighting systems of the mini football fields(halı saha), belonging to the state institutions and to the Private Sector should be and to what extend the existing mini football fields(halı saha) meet these standards. In addition, the positive and negative effects of the insufficient lighting system of mini football fields(halı saha) on the health of spectators and the sportsmen and their performance are studied. As a result, it is identified that the standards of the lighting systems of the mini football fields(halı saha), belonging to the state institutions and to the Private Sector is %50 below the must-be-standards and it is understood that the existing mini football fields(halı saha) are far away from the ideal lighting standards which provide a healthy and effective situation to do sports.
