Özet
Although, advances in rehabilitation medicine has led considerable improvements in prevention and treatment of complications following spinal cord injuries, chronic pain constitutes a major problem by effecting patients' social integration and life quality. A close collaboration between disciplines, especially Physiatry and Anaesthesiology is essential for diagnosis and treatment. In this article, the literature on spinal cord injury pain and current therapeutic approaches will be reviewed.
