Özet
Off-pump coronary artery bypass (OPCAB) is an alternative method to on pump cardiopulmonary bypass (OPCPB) thanks to the protection of physiological circulation and lung function. Stroke is one of the major complication of bypass surgery and seen more rarely during OPCAB. In the present case, we presented middle cerebral artery (MCA) infarction due to the cerebral embolism during OPCAB. © 2016 Turkish Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Society.All rights reserved.
