| dc.description.abstract | ÖZET Doktora Tezi BENZİMİDAZOL, BENZOKSAZOL VE BENZOTİYAZOL TÜREVLERİNİN FOSFORİLLENMESİ Nihat Şireci İnönü Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Kimya Anabilim dalı 130+xii sayfa 2003 Danışman : Prof. Dr. Ahmet METE Bu çalışmanın amacı benzimidazol, benzoksazol ve benzotiyazol türevlerini fosforilleyerek, insektisit özelliği göstereceği umulan tarım ilacı etkili maddesi geliştirmektir. Böylece farklı insekt, fungus ve bakteri türleri gibi çeşitli tarımsal zararlılarla mücadelede kullanılabilecek yeni ürünler sentezlendi. Yapılan deneysel çalışmalarda benzimidazol, benzoksazol ve benzotiyazol türevlerinin kullanılmasının nedeni bu bileşiklerin antimikrobiyal, antifungal ve antibakteriyal olma gibi özelliklere sahip olmasıdır. Fosforilasyon işlemi için dialkil ve diaril klorfosfatlar, dialkil klortiyofosfatlar ile dialkil fosfonatlar kullanıldı. Nükleofilik sübstitüsyon yöntemi kullanılarak benzimidazol, benzoksazol ve benzotiyazol türevlerinden başlıca 14 bileşiğe ait 2-merkapto-, 2-merkaptometil-, 2-amino-, 2-(4- amino)feml-, 2-hidroksimetil-, 2-(2-hidroksi)fenil- pozisyonlan fosforillendi. Bu bileşiklere ait 2-merkapto-, 2-merkaptometil-, 2-amino- ve 2-(4-amino)fenil- pozisyonlarının fosforillenmesinde iyi verimlerle ürünler elde edilirken, 2- hidroksimetil- ve diğer hidroksilli bileşiklerin fosforilasyonundan ise değişik sonuçlar elde edildi ANAHTAR KELİMELER Benzimidazoller, benzoksazoller, benzotiyazoller, fosforilasyon. Thesis PHOSPHORYLATION OF BENZIMIDAZOLES, BENZOXAZOLES AND BENZOTHIAZOLES DERIVATIVES Nihat Şireci inönü University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of Chemistry 130+xii pages 2003 Supervisor : Prof Dr. Ahmet METE The aim of this work was to phosphorylate benzimidazoles, benzoxazoles and benzothiazoles derivatives for developed agrochemieal active ingredients which hope to show insecticidal activity properties. Therefore a new series of products was synthesized which can be used for controling, preventing and destroying pests consist of various insects, fungus and bacteri species. At this experimental work, benzimidazoles, bezoxazoles and benzothiazoles derivatives was used. Because this compounds have been antimicrobials, antifungals antibacterials and etc. properties. For phosphorylation, dialkyl and diaryl chlorophosphates, dialkyl chlorothiophosphates and dialkyl phosphonates was used. With using nucleophilic substitution, benzimidazoles, benzoxazoles and benzothiazoles derivatives consists of fourteen compounds which have 2-mercapto-, 2- mercaptomethyl-, 2-amino-, 2-(4-amino)phenyl-, 2-hydroxymethyl- and 2-(2- hydroxy)phenyl positions was phosphorylated. Compounds have been 2-mercapto-, 2- mercaptomethyl-, 2-amino- and 2-{4-amino)phenyl- positions which was phosphorylated while products can be obtained very good. But compounds have been 2-hydroxymethyl- and other hydroxy compounds which have phosphorylated while products can be obtained various conclusions.
