| dc.description.abstract | Kırık iyileşmesi, yeni kemik dokusu oluşumu ile gerçekleşen özel tipte bir yara iyileşmesi cevabıdır. Birbirini takip eden ve iç içe geçmiş üç aşamadan oluşur. Enflamatuar cevap aşaması kırıktan hemen sonra başlar ve kısa süre sonra tamir aşamasına geçer. Bu dönemde hasar görerek yok olan hücre ve matriks yapıları yeniden karşılandıktan sonra uzun süren remodeling aşaması başlar. Bu devrelerin hepsinde hücresel ve moleküler düzeyde oldukça karmaşık mekanizmalar görev almaktadır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Fracture healing is an exceptional wound healing response in which the repair pro cess takes place with production of new bone tissue. There are three consecutive and interconnected phases. İnflammatory response begins immediately after the fracture and changes to repair phase shortly. İn this phase, the cellular and matrix structures which were destroyed in the initial trauma are replaced and the long -lasting remodeling phase initiates. Complex cellular and molecular mechanisms are involved in all these stages of fracture healing. | en_US |
