Özet
invaziv mesane tümörlerinde, özellikle T2-T3 (stage B-C), radikal sistektomi gelişen cerrahi teknikle morbidité ve mortalité si azalarak bugün için en geçerli tedavi yöntemlerinden biri olarak popülarite kazanmıştır. Radikal sistektomi sonrası ileal mesane uygulaması vücut imajını bozmayan bir diversiyon şekli ile hastaların sosyal rehabilitasyonunu kolaylaştırmaktadır, ileal mesane ürodinamik sonuçları itibariylede doğala en yakın diversiyon şekli olarak öngörülmektedir. Bu çalışmada kliniğimizde uygulanan bir radikal prostatektomi sonrası ileal mesane sonuçları irdelenmektedir.
Radical cystectomy with ileal neobladder substitution has gained popularity with the improvement of the surgical technique and has decreased morbidity and mortality for invasive bladder tumors. Ileal neobladder procedures without disturbing the body image as a diversion can ease the social rehabilitation of the patients who may resist the diversions with stomas. Urinary diversion using ileal neobladders, with their urodynamic findings, resemble the natural bladders, in this study we discuss the results of a radical cystoprostatectomy with ileal neobladder substitution.
