ÖZEL EĞİTİM KURUMLARININ SOSYAL SORUMLULUK UYGULAMALARININ DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Özel öğretim kurumu işletmelerinin sosyal sorumluluğa bağlılıkları üzerine etkisi, çalışmanın başlıca amacıdır. Diğer taraftan yasal düzenlemelerle çıtası yükselmiş olan, geleneksel sosyal sorumluluk anlayışının, işletmeler için zorunluluk olduğu hususu, çalışmamızın ikincil amacı olmuştur. Bu amaçları gerçekleştirmek için yapılan araştırmanın ana kütlesini, Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi'nde faaliyet gösteren özel öğretim kurumları oluşturmaktadır. Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı verilerine göre; Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi'nde 275 özel öğretim kurumu bulunmaktadır. Ana kütle listesinin tamamına ulaşmak, zaman, emek ve maliyet açısından imkânsız olduğundan, kota örneklemesi yöntemine başvurulmuştur. Örnekleme için, illerde bulunan özel öğretim kurumu sayısının, bölgedeki özel öğretim kurumları toplamına oranı %10'un üzerinde olan iller seçilmiştir. %10'un üzerinde, özel öğretim kurumuna sahip illerde bulunan, özel öğretim kurumu idarecilerine, mail yöntemiyle veya yüz yüze yöntemle anket tatbik edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 17,0 paket programı aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler, toplumsal beklenti ve duyarlılığın, özel öğretim kurumlarının sosyal sorumluluk uygulamalarına olan pozitif etkisini göstermektedir. Bununla birlikte; özel öğretim kurumlarında sosyal sorumluluk kavramının, artık bir zorunluluk olarak algılandığı tespit edilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: The effect of social awareness and expectation towards the commitment of private education institutions oriented at social responsibility is the main purpose of this study. On the other hand, the conventional sense of social responsibility which level was raised with legislative regulations became a necessity for corporations and this issue is the second purpose of this study. The private education institutions which operate in Eastern Anatolia Region constitute the main frame of this research which is conducted to realize these objectives. According to the data of Ministry of Education; there are 275 private education institutions in Eastern Anatolia. As it's impossible to obtain the whole main frame list in terms of time, effort and cost, quota sampling method is applied. For sampling, cities with private education institutions with more than 10% ratio in proportion to the total of the private education institutions within the region. A survey was conducted towards the administrators of the private education institution administrators from the cities with more than 10% private education institutions via e-mail or vis-à-vis method. The collected data was analyzed with SPSS 17,0 packaged software. The analysis shows us that the social expectations and awareness's positive effect of private education institution's social awareness applications. In addition to this, it's ascertained that the social responsibility notion within the private education institutions are now perceived as a necessity. | en_US |
