Özet
Bu çalışma sosyal girişimcilik olgusuna ülkemizden güzel bir örnek olarak gösterilebilecek, başlangıçtaki kuruluş amacı Türk Silahlı Kuvvetleri personelinin yardımlaşması, sosyal hizmet sağlama, borç para verme, maluliyet ve ölüm yardımları gibi hizmetler olan OYAK hizmet kalitesinin sosyal girişimcilik bağlamında değerlendirilmesi amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. OYAK kuruluş ve yapısı incelendiğinde zamanla değişik alanlarda başarılı yatırım faaliyetlerinin yanında sosyal fayda sağlayan, zamanla çok farklı bir yapıya sahip olarak sistematik bir şekilde faaliyetlerine devam eden, üyelerine farklı alanlarda hizmetler sunan bir kurum karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Çalışmada kuruma ait hizmet kalitesi farklı boyutlarda değerlendirilmiştir. Bu kapsamda alınan hizmetlerin üyelerce beklenen boyutlarda gerçekleşip gerçekleşmediği ve kuruluşundaki gayesi TSK personeli ve ailelerinin refah seviyelerini yükseltmek ve ihtiyaçlarına çözümler üretmek olan OYAK kurumunun Konya ilinde görev yapan veya ikamet eden üyelerce değerlendirilmesi sonucunda kurumun sosyal girişimcilik bağlamında hizmet kalitesinin boyutlar bazında ortaya çıkarılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda çalışma sonucunda ortaya çıkan veriler neticesinde kurumun sosyal girişimcilik kapsamında hizmet boyutlarına ait puanları hesaplanmış, üyelerin kalite boyutlarındaki beklenti ve algıları ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Bu kapsamda elde edilen veriler üyelerin demografik ve diğer ayırt edici özellikleriyle de karşılaştırılarak anlamlı bir farklılık oluşturan özelliklerin neler olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu çerçevede kurumun sosyal girişimciliğin temel boyutlarından biri olan sürdürülebilirlik kapsamında sürekli kendini yenileyen ve zamanın gerekliliklerine göre pozisyon alan bir yaklaşım sergilediği ve ileride oluşturulabilecek bu kapsamdaki organizasyonlara örnek teşkil edecek bir kurum olabileceği değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda kurum üyelerinin sosyal girişimcilik kapsamındaki kurum hizmetleri kalite puanları incelendiğinde beklenti ve algıların olumlu seviyelerde gerçekleştiği tespit edilmiştir. Bir diğer söylem ile üyelerin sosyal girişimcilik bağlamında ortaya koyulan kaliteli hizmetler sonucunda kurumdan beklentileri de buna paralel bir şekilde artmaktadır.
This study was prepared in order to evaluate the quality of OYAK service in the context of social entrepreneurship which is a good example of social entrepreneurship phenomenon from our country. When we examine the organization and structure of OYAK, we see an institution that provides social benefits as well as successful investment activities in different fields over time, has a very different structure and continues its activities in a systematic way and offers services to its members in different fields. In this study, service quality of the institution was evaluated in different dimensions. In this context, it is aimed to determine the quality of service in terms of social entrepreneurship in terms of social entrepreneurship as a result of the evaluation of OYAK institution whose members aim to increase the welfare level of TSK personnel and their families and produce solutions to their needs, whether the services received are realized in the dimensions expected by the members and which are established in Konya. In this context, as a result of the data obtained from the study, the scores of the service dimensions of the institution within the scope of social entrepreneurship were calculated and the expectations and perceptions of the members in the quality dimensions were revealed. In this context, the data obtained were compared with the demographic and other distinctive features of the members and the characteristics that make a significant difference were determined. Within this framework, it has been evaluated that the institution continuously renews itself within the scope of sustainability which is one of the basic dimensions of social entrepreneurship and takes a position according to the requirements of time and can be an example for the organizations that can be formed in the future. As a result of the research, it was found out that the quality scores of the corporate members of the institution within the scope of social entrepreneurship were evaluated and their expectations and perceptions were realized at positive levels. In other words, as a result of the high quality services provided in the context of social entrepreneurship, the expectations of the members from the institution are increasing in parallel.
