| dc.description.abstract | Amaç: Araştırmada özel okullarda çalışan tarih öğretmenlerinin özel okul yönetimi ile yaşadıkları sorunları ve bu sorunlara getirilen çözümlere ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Özel okullarda çalışan tarih öğretmenlerinin özel okul yönetimi ile yaşadıkları sorunları ve bu sorunlara getirilen çözümlere ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemek için yapılan bu araştırmada nicel yaklaşım benimsenmiş olup, tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2017-2018 eğitim-öğretim yılında Malatya ilinde bulunan 32 özel okulda çalışan 44 tarih öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada örneklem alma yoluna gidilmemiş olup evreninin tamamına ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan veri toplama aracı üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde yönerge ikinci bölümde kişisel bilgi formu ve üçüncü bölümde Uğraş (2009) tarafından geliştirilen anket kullanılmıştır. Araştırma için toplanan veriler SPSS 25. Paket programı aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Anket maddelerinin analizinde frekans ve yüzde hesaplamaları yapılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmada özel okul yönetimlerinin tarih öğretmenlerinin işsizlik problemi yaşamalarını öğretmenlere baskı aracı olarak kullanıp sözleşmeleri buna göre yapmaya çalıştıkları görülmüştür. Bu konuda sorun olduğunu belirten tarih öğretmenlerin sayısı katılımcıların büyük çoğunluğunu oluşturmaktadır. Sonuçlar ve Öneriler: Araştırma sonucunda özel okul yönetimlerinin yalnızca öğrenci beklentilerini dikkate aldıkları, öğretmenleri çalışan olarak gördükleri ve veliye müşteri her zaman haklıdır tutumu ile yaklaştıkları belirlenmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Purpose: This study aims to determine the opinions of history teachers working in private schools about the problems experienced with school management and the solutions to these problems. Design & Methodology: A quantitative approach was adopted in this study to determine the views of history teachers working in private schools on the problems experienced with school management and the solutions to these problems, and a screening model was used. The study's population is made of 44 history teachers who work in 32 private schools in the province of Malatya in the academic year of 2017-2018. No sampling was made in the study; rather, the whole universe was reached. The data collection tool used in the research consists of three parts. In the first part, the instruction was given. In the second part, the personal information form was presented, and in the third part, the scale developed by Uğraş (2009) was used. The data collected for the study were analysed using the SPSS 25 package program. Frequency and percentage calculations were made in the analysis of scale items. Findings: In the study, it has been seen that private school managements use history teachers' unemployment problem as a pressure tool for teachers and try to make contracts with them accordingly. The number of history teachers who point out that this is a problem constitutes the majority of the participants. Implications & Suggestions: As a result of the research, it has been found out that private school managements care only about student expectations, that they see teachers as employees, and that for them parents are always right. | en_US |
