Özet
Yirmi sekiz yaşında erkek hasta acil servise ağrı ve sol omuz yukarı elevasyon ve abduksiyon pozisyonunda başvurdu.Bu pozisyondan dolayı sol kolunu hareket ettiremiyordu.Radyografide humerus başının inferiora lükse olduğu saptandı.Kapalı redüksiyon manevrası ile omuz eklemi redükte edildi. Redüksiyon öncesi ve sonrası nörolojik yaralanma saptanmadı. Takiplerinde herhangi sekonder patolojiye rastlanmadı. Çalışmamızda tedavi ettiğimiz bir olguya dayanarak literatür değerlendirmesi yapmayı amaçladık.
A 28-year old male patient was admitted to the emergency room with severe pain on his left shoulder, keeping his shoulder firmly at upward elevation and abduction position, which rendered him to be unable to move his left arm. Plain radiography revealed inferior dislocation of the left glenohumeral joint. Closed reduction was applied and no neurologic deficit has been noted either before or after reduction. During follow up, no secondary deterioration was observed. In this study, we aimed at reviewing the literature referring to the case we treated.
