The incomplete ureteral duplication where the ureters join to form a single stem at a variable distance above the bladder may cause ureteroureteral reflux. We report a case of incomplete ureteral duplication in which we performed ureteropyelostomy since it caused intractable urinary tract infection. Follow up at two years showed adequate urinary drainage and no urinary infection.en_US
