Özet
Amaç: Bu araştırmada, okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin eğitsel oyun oynatma beceri düzeylerinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Materyal ve Metot: Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma 2022-2023 eğitim-öğretim yılı Diyarbakır İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğüne bağlı resmi anasınıfı ve anaokullarında görev yapan 61 okul öncesi öğretmeni ile tamamlanmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak ''Eğitsel Oyun Oynatma Beceri Gözlem Ölçeği'' kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın yapılabilmesi için etik kurulu onayı ile kurum izinleri alınmıştır. Toplanan veriler SPSS istatistik programı ile değerlendirilmiştir. Analizler için Independent Samples T-Test, One Way Anova ve anlamlı sonuçlarda farkın hangi gruptan kaynaklandığını belirlemek amacıyla Post-Hoc testlerinden LSD testi uygulanmıştır. Bulgular: Okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin eğitsel oyun oynatma beceri düzeylerinin (x? =100.47) yeterli düzeyde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Gözlem ölçeği temalarında okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin hazırlık evresi (x?=3.60) ve oyun oynatma evresindeki (x?=3.41) becerileri çok iyi düzeyinde çıkarken değerlendirme evresindeki becerileri (x?=2.66) yeterli düzeyde çıkmıştır. Okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin cinsiyetlerine ve eğitim durumuna göre oyun beceri düzeyleri arasında anlamlı bir fark çıkmamıştır (p>0.05). Okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin hizmet yılına göre hazırlık evresi, oyun evresi ve alt boyutları ve değerlendirme evrelerindeki beceri düzeylerindeki anlamlı fark 21-31 yıl arasındaki hizmet yılına sahip katılımcılardan kaynaklanmaktadır (p<0.05). Sonuç: Okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin eğitsel oyun oynatma becerileri yeterli düzeydedir. "Hazırlık evresi" ve "oyun oynatma evresi" çok iyi düzeyde olmasına karşın "değerlendirme evresi" yeterli düzeydedir. Material and Method: The survey method, one of the quantitative research methods, was used in the study. The research was completed with 61 preschool teachers working in official kindergartens and kindergartens attached to Diyarbakır Provincial Directorate of National Education in the 2022-2023 academic year. "Educational Playing Skill Observation Scale" was used as a data collection tool in the research. In order to conduct the research, institutional permissions were obtained with the approval of the ethics committee. The collected data were evaluated with the SPSS statistical program. Independent Samples T-Test and One Way Anova were used for the analyses, and LSD test, one of the Post-Hoc tests, was used to determine which group caused the difference in significant results. Results: It has been determined that preschool teachers' educational game playing skill levels (x?=100.47) are at a sufficient level. In the observation scale themes, pre-school teachers' skills in the preparation phase (x?=3.60) and in the playing phase (x?=3.41) were at a very good level, while their skills in the evaluation phase (x?=2.66) were at a sufficient level. There was no significant difference between the game skill levels of the preschool teachers according to their gender and educational status (p>0.05). The significant difference in the skill levels of the pre-school teachers in the preparation phase, game phase, sub-dimensions and evaluation come from the participants whose service period is between 21-31 years (p<0.05). Conclusion: Educational game playing skills of preschool teachers are sufficient. While the "preparation phase" and "playing phase" are at a very good level, the "evaluation phase" has a sufficient level.
