Özet
Öz: Bu çalışmada 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılında uygulanan İYEP uygulamalarına ilişkin sınıf öğretmenlerinin görüşlerinin belirlenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Nitel araştırma yaklaşımlarından betimsel yönteme göre tasarlanmış olan çalışmada görüşme tekniği uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu İYEP kapsamında görev alan 36 sınıf öğretmenidir. Veri toplamada yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel ve içerik analizi teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenler Türkçe kazanımları açısından programı yetersiz bulurken matematik kazanımları açısından yeterli bulmaktadırlar. Öğretmenler; İYEP’in ders süresini yeterli, eğitim yerinin sınıf olmasını uygun, öğrencilerin derse katılım düzeylerini yetersiz görmektedirler. Öğretmenler İYEP’in Türkçe ve matematik ders kazanımlarına olumlu etki sağladığını, duyuşsal (kaygı, algı vb.) yönden öğrencilerin desteklenmesine ilişkin mesleki tecrübelerine dayanan etkinlikler planladıklarını ifade ettiler. Öğretmenler programda görülen eksikliklere, yaşadıkları sorunlara ilişkin görüşlerini bildirmişler ve önerilerini sunmuşlardır.
Öz: This study aims at determining the opinions of the class teachers on the practices of the primary school teaching schedule applied in 2018-2019 education year. The study is designed according to descriptive method -one of the qualitative research approaches- and the interview technique was applied in the study. The study group of the research consists of 36 class teachers, who serve in the scope of the Primary School Teaching Schedule. The research data is collected by using a semi-structured interview form. The descriptive and consent analysis techniques are used in data analysis. As a result of the research, the teachers are found sufficient in terms of Mathematics course acquisitions, while they are found insufficient in terms of Turkish language course acquisitions. The teachers think that the course periods of the Primary School Teaching Schedule are sufficient, and if the training place is a classroom, it is suitable, and the course participation levels of the students are sufficient. The teachers, are efficient, add that the Primary School Teaching Schedule has positive effects on Turkish language and mathematics course acquisitions, and plan any activities based on their professional experience to support students in emotional aspects (anxiety, perception, etc.). The teachers informed and submitted their opinions and recommendations on any deficiencies and problem determined and experienced in the schedule.
