dc.description.abstract | Co-based ribbons were produced by melt spinning method and annealed at different temperatures. The XRD studies revealed that the melt spun ribbon was phase amorphous, whereas crystallization has appeared for the sample annealed at 600 degrees C. The results demonstrated that optimum magnetic softness corresponded to amorphous state of the sample annealed at 340 degrees C. Electrical resistance measurements based on temperature and magnetic field were discussed in details. | en_US |
