Özet
Malignant solitary fibrous tumors usually show intrathoracic localization. Very rarely, they are localised in the head and neck region. When they occur, they mimic malignant neck masses. Therefore, they are rarely considered in the differential diagnosis. Our main aim in this article is to present a case of primary malignant solitary fibrous tumour arising from the thyroid gland mimicking paraganglioma and thyroid gland malignancy in a 61-year-old female patient.
