Özet
In the present work, we study on pretopological group which is constructed by combined the concepts of the group and preopen set that a weak kind of the open sets. We investigate the best known results in the group theory in terms of pretopological groups. Also, we obtain some characterizations by defining action of a pretopological group on a topological space.
