| dc.description.abstract | Mithat Şen resminde bedenin göstergelerinden oluşan figür, sürekli yinelenen, bölünmeler ve parçalanmalardan oluşan bir düzenin karşılığı olur çoğu zaman. Bu düzenin önemli bir elemanı olan beden her bir resimde yeniden ele alınarak tekrara tabi tutulmaktadır. Beden, kağıt üzerine çizilerek kesilmiş, içi boşaltılmış, bu sayede eril ve dişil olan önemli iki yapı elemanı ortaya çıkmıştır. Erilliğin içinden dişilliğin kendini yeniden doğurması, ayrıca ortaya çıkan dişillikte erilliği yakalama olası hale gelmiştir. Kimi zaman sanatçı bedene ait bu tür çalışmaları sanal evrende gerçekleştirmiş, değişimleri bu ortamda kurgulamış, bedeni oyunsu kurgunun parçası haline getirmiştir. Ayrıca sanatçı içinde yaşadığımız bu coğrafyada önemsenmemiş, unutturulmuş şeyleri öğrenmeye çalışırken, özendiğimiz ama hiçbir zaman bize dair olmamış şeyleri çok kolay kabullenmeyi de yadırgamıştır. | dc.description.abstract | The figure in Mithat Şen's art which is made up of indicators of the body, most times is the equivalent of a layout of division and fragmentations always repeated. The body which is an important element of this order, is being repeated in each painting having been dealt again. The body is drawn on paper and cut, the women is incised, so two construction elements, a female and a male, occur. The self-creation of femininity out of masculinity makes it possible for us to seize the masculinity out of masculinity, makes it possible for us to seize the masculinity out of self-created femininity. Sometimes the artist carries out these kinds of works on visual universe that belongs to the body, manipulating the changes in this medium and brings the body ınto a part of this play like fiction. Moreover, while the artist is trying to learn what has been made forgotten and not noticed on the lands we live He also finds it strange that we accept what we emulate easily but never have been related to us. Thus, for the artist the only thing that is important during the finalinin of the works is not having the technical knowledge but being competence on is soul. | en_US |
