| dc.description.abstract | Mühimme Defterleri, Divan-ı Hümayun'da önemli kararların alındığı, hükümlerden oluşan defterlerdir. İçerik bakımından Osmanlı Devleti'nin askeri, idari kurumlarının yapısı, çalışma tarzı, işleyişi, lojistik faaliyetleri, hukuki özellikleri, devlet kurumlarının yapısı, sosyo-kültürel yapısı hakkında bilgi vermektedir. Bu sebeple 17.yy ve 18.yy'da Osmanlı tarihinin en önemli kaynaklarındandır. Çalışmasını yaptığım 57 numaralı Mühimme Defteri 1715-1786 arasındaki hükümleri kapsamaktadır. Bu hükümlerin konuları ise zahire sevki, Osmanlı Devleti'ndeki ticaret ve tüccarlar, Osmanlı Devleti'ne konuk olan elçiler, devlet içinde yapılan atamalar, eşkiyalık olayları, hazine gelirleri, esirler ve şehir düzeni, yol güzergâhları, ulak ve menziller hakkında hangi görevlilere ne kadar bargir(binek ve yük hayvanı) verildiğine dair bilgilerden oluşmaktadır. Tezimizde öncelikle Divan-ı Hümayun ve mühimme defteri sonrasında ise defterin genel özellikleri ve muhtevasına, hüküm özetleri ve transkripsiyonuna sırasıyla ulaşılabilir. | dc.description.abstract | Mühimme notebook are the notebooksof the low, where important decisions are taken by Divan-ı Hümayûnninterms of contenti it gives information about the structure working style, process, logistic, activities, legal chorocteristics, structure, of stote institutions social-cultural structure of the militory administrative institutions of the Ottoman State there fore, it is one of the most important sources of Ottoman History in the 17th and 18th centuries, the work with covers the judgements of 1715-1786 the subject of these loves one food dispotch, trode and tuccars in the Ottaman State ambassadors who are guests to the Ottoman State, state oppaintments, bandit incidents, treasury revenues prisoners and city order, rood guards messengers and range and these give us information about everyting in our thesis, the general charocteristics, contens and the tronslation of the notebook can be reached respectively.
