| dc.description.abstract | Sovyetler Birliğinin dağılmasından sonra, iki kutuplu dünyanın çok kutuplu bir yapıya dönüşmesiyle birlikte küresel düzeydeki siyasi ilişkiler önemli hale gelmiştir. Tek başına devlet artık eskisi kadar güçlü değildir. Uluslararası kuruluşlar ve ulus ötesi kurumlar öne çıkmaktadır. Küreselleşme ile oluşan ekonomik bütünleşmeler, uluslararası alanda siyasi ilişkileri de etkilemektedir. Türk Dünyası'nın gücü her geçen gün daha belirgin hale gelmektedir. Yeni dünya düzeni içerisinde Türkiye yerini batıda aramaktadır. Bunun için Türkiye ekonomik ve siyasal anlamda kendinden taviz vermek zorundadır. Batı'da Türkiye'nin konumu böyle iken, Türkistan'daki yeni yapılanmalar jeopolitik ve jeo kültürel işbirliklerini mümkün kılmaktadır. Çalışmanın büyük bir bölümüne kuramsal bir bütünlük hakimdir ve daha açıklayıcı olabilmesi açısından kuramsal yaklaşım ve literatür taramasından yararlanılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, yeni dünya düzeni ile birlikte Türk Dünyası'nın önemine atıfta bulunarak, Türkiye'ye sağlayacağı fayda ve etkilerin yanında bunların tespitine yönelik okuyucuyu aydınlatması amaçlanmıştır. Bu tez, ileride yeni dünya düzeni ve Türk Dünyası ile ilgili yapılacak çalışmalara katkı sağlama hedefini taşımaktadır. Bu çalışmanın ana gayesi genel anlamıyla Yeni Jeopolitik Dengeleri açıklamak ve Türk Dünyası tezlerinden yola çıkarak Türkiye ile Türk Dünyası ilişkilerini, jeopolitik ve jeo stratejik konumunu sosyolojik verilerle analiz etmektir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | After the collapse of the Soviet Union, turned into a two-pole structure with a multi-polar world, it has become important political relations at the global level. With globalization of the economic integrations, also affects political relations in the international arena. The power of the Turkish World is becoming more apparent with each passing day.
