| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı, duyguların performans üzerindeki etkilerini incelemektir. Çalışmanın örneklemi, Ankara'da değişik bankalarda çalışan 200 personelden oluşmaktadır. İşyerinde hissedilen duyguları ve performansı ölçmeye yönelik 2 adet anket hazırlanmış ve değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonuçlarında, olumlu duyguların performansını artırıcı (pozitif) bir yönü olduğunu ortaya koyarken, olumsuz duyguların da performansı azaltıcı(negatif) etkileri olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Her duygunun performansa etkileri ayrı ayrı incelenmiş ve sonuçları açıklanmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between emotions and performance. The participants of this study were 200 employees of different banks in Ankara. Two scales were administrated in order to measure and asses the emotions in work and performance. The results of the analysis show that; positive emotions has positive effect on performance as negative emotions has negatif effect. Each of the emotions effect on performance checked over and explained. | en_US |
