Özet
Tiikenmi~lik ve i~ tatmini i~etme yonetiminde onemli bir yer tutmaktadlr. Tiikenmi~lik, ruhsal ve fiziksel ayldan enerjinin tiikeni~i olarak tammlanmaktadlr. i~ tatmini ise bireyin i~ine kar~l genel tutumudur. Bu nedenle tiikenmi~ligin i~ doyumu ile ili~kisi dogal bir sonuytur. Bu yah~mallm alllaCI ballkalarda gorev yapall personelin tiikenmi~lik ve i~ tatmini diizeylerini belirlemektir. Ara~tmnamn alIa kiitlesini i~ BailkaSI Merkez ~ube yah~all personel olu~turmaktadlr. <;;ah~mada wet yontemiyle toplanan veriler istatistiksel tekniklerle degerlendirilmi~tir. Exhaustion nd Job satisfaction have on important role in management. Exhaustion is defined as a rmilling out ofpsychological and psycal energy. Job satisfaction, however, is the general ettitude of the individual towards the job. TIlat's why the relationship of exhaustion with the job satisfacion is a natural result. The aim of this study was to determine levels ofjob satisfaction and exhaustion of the staff working in the banks. TIle main target group of the study was the staff of i~ Bank Central Baranch. The dates obtained with questionarrie techniquefrom the staff were evaluated statisticially. from the findings; Among the staff included in the research exhaustion points that indicicate dangerous levels were not in question.
