| dc.description.abstract | Özet Bu bildiride yapılmak istenen tartışmanın amacı, belirgin olarak 1945‟ten sonra görülen kalkınma zihniyetindeki sürekliliklerin izlerini sürmek ve ana hatlarını ortaya çıkarabilmek olacaktır. Bu çerçevede, Adnan Menderes‟in Demokrat Parti‟sinden Süleyman Demirel‟in Adalet Partisi‟ne ve Turgut Özal‟ın Anavatan Partisi‟ne ve en sonunda Recep Tayyip Erdoğan‟ın Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi çizgisine uzanan geleneksel Türk merkez sağının kalkınma zihniyeti ve söylemi üzerinde durulacaktır. Siyasal konumları bakımından aralarında bazı farklılıklar olsa da bu sağ çizginin kalkınma anlayışı, kalkınmayı ve gelişmeyi teknoloji boyutuyla kabul etmeye dayanır. Milliyetçi-muhafazakâr bir dünya görüşü bağlamında kalkınmayı (modernleşme) sosyo-kültürel yönü ile birlikte değil parçacıl olarak, yalnızca teknoloji boyutuyla kabul ediş söz konusudur. Bu bağlamda her ne kadar dünyanın ve ülkenin ideolojik, siyasi ve ekonomik koşulları değişse de aktörleri değişen ama kalkınma (modernleşme) zihniyeti çok fazla değişmeyen merkez sağ siyasi çizgi üzerinde durulacaktır | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract The aim of this paper after 1945 to the discussion to be made, a significant continuities in the mentality of development will reveal traces of the rides and the main points. Although some differences in terms of political positions the right wing‟s development understanding, based on to accept only technology.
