| dc.description.abstract | İnfertil Kadınlara Verilen Fertiliteyi Destekleyici Davranış Kazandırma Eğitiminin Sağlıklı Yaşam Biçimi Davranışları ve İnfertilite Öz-Yeterliğine Etkisi Amaç: Bu araştırma, infertil kadınlara verilen fertiliteyi destekleyici davranış kazandırma eğitiminin sağlıklı yaşam biçimi davranışlarına ve infertilite öz-yeterliğine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Materyal ve metot: Araştırma, ön test- son test kontrol gruplu yarı deneme modeli kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini Doğu Fertil Tüp Bebek Merkezine başvuran infertil kadınlar oluşturmuştur. Power analizi yapıldığında örneklem büyüklüğü, her bir grup için 62 infertil kadın (62 deney, 62 kontrol) olarak hesaplanmıştır. Deney grubundaki kadınlara iki oturumda fertiliteyi destekleyici davranış kazandırma eğitimi yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi ile verilmiştir. Veriler, Mart-Ekim 2017 tarihlerinde, "Kişisel Tanıtım Formu", "Sağlıklı Yaşama Biçimi Davranışları Ölçeği-II (SYBDÖ-II)" ve "İnfertilite Öz-Yeterlik Ölçeği-Kısa Formu (İÖYÖ-KF)" ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin kodlanması ve değerlendirilmesi SPSS 16.0 paket programı kullanılarak bilgisayar ortamında gerçekleştirilmiştir. İstatistiksel değerlendirmede; yüzdelik dağılım, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, ki-kare, bağımsız gruplarda t testi ve bağımlı gruplarda t testi, Fisher's Exact Test ve Mann Whitney U Testi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Sağlıklı Yaşama Biçimi Davranışları Ölçeği-II ve İnfertilite Öz-Yeterlik Ölçeği-Kısa Formu ön test puan ortalamalarına göre deney ve kontrol grubundaki kadınların benzer sağlıklı yaşama biçimi davranışlarına (p= 0.363) ve infertilite öz-yeterliğine sahip olduğu saptanmıştır (p= 0.838). Verilen fertiliteyi destekleyici davranış kazandırma eğitimi sonrası SYBDÖ-II son test puan ortalamasının deney grubunda 136.52±19.25, kontrol grubunda 126.90±17.02 olduğu ve gruplar arasındaki farkın istatistiksel açıdan önemli olduğu saptanmıştır (p<0.05). İÖYÖ-KF son test puan ortalamasının deney grubunda 23.16±4.13, kontrol grubunda 20.43±4.19 olduğu ve gruplar arasındaki farkın istatistiksel açıdan önemli olduğu belirlenmiştir (p= 0.000). Sonuç: İnfertilite tedavisi gören kadınlara verilen fertiliteyi destekleyici davranış kazandırma eğitiminin sağlıklı yaşama biçimi davranışlarını ve infertilite öz-yeterliğini artırdığı saptanmıştır. | dc.description.abstract | The Effects of Fertility Supporting Behavior Recruiting Training Given to Infertile Women to Healthy Lifestyle Behaviors and Infertility Self- Efficacy Aim: This research was conducted to determine healthy lıfestyle behavıors and ınfertılıty self- effıcacy effect of training given to infertile women Material and Method: This study was conducted using a semi-trial model with pre-test and post-test control groups. The population of the study was registered to the with infertile women, consulted Doğu Fertil Tüp Bebek Merkezi. When the power analys is done, sample size was calculated for each group of least 62 infertile women (62 experiment, 62 control). The fertility supporting behavior training was given to two sessions of the experimental group with face-to-face interview method. The data were collected by a "Personal Information Form", the "Healthy Lifestyle Behavior Scale II (HLBS-II)" and the "Infertility Self-Efficacy Scale – Short Form (ISE-SF)" on March-October 2017. Percentage distribuation, arithmetic mean, standart deviation, chi-square test, Fisher's Exact Test and Mann Whitney U Test was used to statistical evaluation, deperents group and indeperent groups was used t test. Results: Healthy Lifestyle Behavior Scale-II and the Infertility Self-Efficacy Scale – Short Form pre-test averages revealed that healthy life style behavior (p=0.363) and ınfertility self-efficacy (p= 0.838) in experiment and control groups was similarly. In the HLBS-II, the post-test average of total scores in experiment group is 136.52±19.25, control group is 126.90±17.02 and so the mean scores between groups were found to have statistically significant difference (p<0.05). In the ISE-SF, the post-test average of total scores in experiment group is 23.16±4.13, control group is 20.43±4.19 and so the mean scores between groups were found to have statistically significant difference (p<0.05). Accordingly, it was determined that women in the experiment group had better healthy lifestyle behaviors and infertility self- efficacy than the control group after fertility supporting behavior recruiting training. Conclusion: Fertility supporting behaviors recruating training for women receiving infertility treatment has been shown to improve healthy lifestyle behaviors and infertility self-efficacy.
