| dc.description.abstract | Son yıllarda hızla artan teknoloji ve insan ihtiyaçları üreticiler açısından büyük bir rekabet ortamı oluşturmuştur. Artan rekabet ortamında tüketici almış olduğu hizmetin hem ihtiyaca uygun hem de kaliteli olmasını birinci şart olarak görmektedir. Bu da üreticilerin kaliteyi vazgeçilmez bir unsur olarak benimsemesi gerektiğini göstermektedir. Kaliteyi sağlamak uluslar arası kabul görmüş kalite güvence standartlarıyla mümkün hale gelmektedir. Bu çalışmada Malatya Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin kalite güvence belgesine ihtiyaç duyma nedenleri, belge alım sırasında karşılaştıkları durumlar ve belge sahibi olmanın yararları araştırılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In recent years, rapidly increasing technology and human needs constitute a considerable competition environment from the viewpoint of producers. In increasing competition environment, consumers see the service they receive both suitable for their needs and quality as first condition. This also shows that producers should adopt the quality as an indispensable factor. Maintaining the quality becomes possible through quality assurance standards which have been internationally accepted or approved. In this study, we have researched the reasons for Managements operating in Malatya Organized Industrial Zone to need quality assurance certificates, the difficulties that they meet while they receive the certificate and benefits of having certificate. | en_US |
