dc.description.abstractThis study is conducted to determine crisis management skills of SMEs operating in Malatya and to what extent they are affected by recent global crisis. The interaction between the level of crisis‟s effect on them and the measures taken and strategies developed to cope with crisis accordingly is investigated. As a result, it is found that being affected negatively by recent crisis, SMEs operating in Malatya are insufficient in terms of crisis management skills and there is a statistically meaningful relationship between the level of crisis‟s effect on SMEs and the measures taken and strategies to cope with crisis.en_US
