Abstract
Bu makalede ülkemizin lokomotifi olan tekstil sektörünün alt sektörü iplik işletmelerindeki verimlilik
durumu ve meydana gelen kayıplar incelenmiştir. Araştırmada üretim kayıpları incelenerek meydana gelebilecek
kayıplar konusunda işletme yöneticileri ve çalışanlarının bilgilendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. İplik sektöründeki
hammaddenin nihai ürün oluncaya kadarki kayıpları ve bunu etkileyen verimlilik durumu tek bir iplik
işletmesinde yapılmış olup işletmedeki tüm makinelerde araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada verimliliğin tanımı ve
işletmeye olan katkıları ve öneminden bahsedilmiştir. Yapılan uygulama ile işletmedeki her bir iplikçilik sistemi
için fire ve buna bağlı olarak verimlilik kayıpları detaylandırılarak tablolar ile verilmiştir. İşletme genelindeki
tüm makinelerde olması gereken ile olan kayıplar arasında farklılıklar olduğu ve kaybın az olmadığı tespit
edilmiştir. Dolayısıyla verimlilik değerleri normal sınırların altında kalmıştır. Kayıpların olduğu makineler ve
miktarları ile buna bağlı olarak verimlilik kaybını azaltmak için tespitler yapılmıştır. İşletme yöneticilerine bu
konuda makinelerde ve genel olarak işletmede yapılması gerekenler ile ilgili önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
In this article; The efficiency situation and the losses in spinning enterprises of the sub-sector of the textile sector, which is the locomotive of our country, have been examined. In the research, it is aimed to inform the managers and employees about the losses that may occur in the field by examining the production losses. The losses from the raw material to the end product and the efficiency that affects it are made in a single yarn operation and investigated in all the machines in operation. In the study; the definition of productivity and its contribution to the operation and its importance. For each spinning system operating with the application, the waste and efficiency losses are given in tables. It has been found that there are differences between what is required and what is lost in all machines in the business and there is not a small loss. Therefore productivity values are below normal limits. Detections were made to reduce the loss of productivity due to the machines and amounts of losses. Proposals have been made to the business managers about the machines in this regard and the things to be done in the business in general.
