dc.description.abstractHalk oyunlarının egzersiz ve spor fizyolojisi açısından ele alındığı bu araştırma, 16 deney, 13 kontrol olmak üzere toplam 29 erkek öğrenci üzerinde gerçekleştirildi. Halk oyunları için 3 aylık eğitime alınan bireylerde, kursun başlangıç ve bitiminde olmak üzere bazı solunum parametreleri spirometrede kuru sistemle tayin edilerek aradaki farklılık, kontrolleriyle mukayasesi yapılarak değerlendirildi. Deney grubunun ölçülen solunum parametrelerinden FVC, FEV1, MVV,FEF ve VCK(%) değerlerinin kontrol grubuna göre anlamlı derecede yüksek bulunduğu gözlendi. Çalışmanın sonucunda halk oyunlarının bazı solunum parametreleri üzerine artırıcı etkisinin olabileceği sonucuna varıldı.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study was carried out in the 29 male students. The students were divided into two groups. The students of first group (n=16) were held in a folk-dancing education programme for three months. The other group (n=13) was left as control. Some respiratory parameters were analyzed before and after the programme. FVC,FEV1 ,MVV, FEF and VCK(%) values were found to be higher in the first group than the second group. It was suggested that dealing with folk-dancing may have an increasing effect on some respiratory parameters.en_US
