| dc.description.abstract | Türkiye‟nin doğal ve ekolojik hazinelerinden birini oluşturan Munzur Suyu ve Vadisi ile bu suyun beslendiği-beslediği alan halen “doğal sit alanı” konumundadır. Gerek su kaynağının doğal özellikleri ve gerekse sadece Munzur‟da yetişen eşsiz “Munzur Alabalığı”, Munzur‟a hem bir ayrıcalık hem de stratejik bir üstünlük kazandırmaktadır. insanlığın bu ortak hazinesi ve ekolojik incisi Munzur üzerinde bölgesel kalkınma ve güvenlik amaçlı 6 baraj ve 8 hidroelektrik santrali yapılmakta, bu benzersiz doğa harikası yakın ve ciddi bir tehdide maruz bırakılmaktadır. Yöre halkı ve çevre duyarlı gruplar bu projelere kararlılıkla karşı çıkmaktadırlar. “Kalkınma mı yoksa çevre mi” tartışmasının çok ötesinde, herkesin, özellikle de siyasetçilerin ve karar vericilerin bu projeleri bir daha düşünmesi gerekmektedir. Munzur‟a yapılacak her yapay müdahalenin bölgedeki ormanlara, bitki örtüsüne, yaban hayatına, alabalıklara, iklime, hayvancılığa, arıcılığa, turizme ve ortak geleceğimize zarar vereceği unutulmamalıdır. Munzur‟un doğal dokusunu bozmayan ve geleceğini tehdit etmeyen projeler geliştirilmeli ve ortak mirasımız olan Munzur Suyu sonraki kuşaklara doğal haliyle emanet edilmelidir. Çalışmanın amacı, Munzur Suyu üzerine yapılan bölgesel kalkınma amaçlı su projelerini incelemek, bu projelerin olası etkilerini irdelemek ve çevre-maliyet ve doğa-insan ilişkilerini yeniden sorgulayıp olası sorunlara alternatif çözüm yolları önermektir. Çalışmada niteliksel çözümleme ve betimleme yöntemlerinden yararlanılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Turkey‟s natural and ecological treasures which are Munzur River and Valley and the area fed by this water still „‟a natural protected area‟‟. Both natural features of water reserves and unique „‟Munzur Brown Trout‟‟ (Munzur Alabalığı) which only lives in Munzur grant Munzur a privilege 1265 and a strategic advantage. On the common treasure of humanity and ecological pearl, 6 dams and 8 hydroelectric power plants are done for regional development and security purposes, so this unique natural wonder is left exposed to a close and serious threat. The local people and the environment-sensitive groups resolutely oppose these projects. Everyone, especially politicians and decision makers need to think the projects once more beyond the debate “Development or Environment‟‟. It should not be forgotten that every artificial intervention to Munzur will harm forests, vegetation, wildlife, trouts, climate, animal husbandry, beekeeping and the tourism in the region and the common future. The projects which does not disrupt the natural texture and does not threaten the future of Munzur should be developed and the Munzur Water which is a common heritage should be entrusted to future generations in its natural status. The aim of the study is to examine the water projects on Munzur for regional development projects, to examine the possible effects of these projects and to propose alternative solutions to potential problems re-evaluating the nature-human and environment-cost relations.
