| dc.description.abstract | Bir köyde yaşayan 15 yaş ve üzeri nüfusun kızamık seroprevalansını saptamaktır. Gereç ve Yöntem-.Kesitsei tipte oian bu araştırma Şubat 1998 tarihinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada 387 kişiye ulaşılması planlanmış, fakat 279 kişiye (%72.1) ulaşılabilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamına seroioj İleri şüpheli çıkmayan 265 kişi dahil edilmiştir. Alınan venöz kan örneklerinde kızamık IgG antikoru ELİSA yöntemiyle bakılmıştır. Bulgular ve sonuç: İncelenenlerin %89.81 seropozitif, %10.2'sl seronegatif olarak saptanmıştır. Yaş gruplarına göre serolojik durum ve kızamık antikoru aritmetik ortalama değerleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur (p<0.05). Yaş arttıkça seropozltivlte artmaktadır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study Is to evaluate the measles seroprevalance among people aged 15 and over living ¡n a village. Material and Methods: This is a cross-sectional study conducted in February 1998. It was planned to reach 387people aged 15 and over but at the end of the study 279 (%72.1) were reached. Measles IgG were detected in venous blood samples with ELISA technique. Out of279 Investigated people 265 whose serology was her positive or negative were included in the analysis. Findings and Results: %89.8 of the Investigated people were seropositive and %10.2 were seronegative. There was statistically significant difference between the age groups with respect to the serology and arithmetic mean values of measles antibody (p<0.05).
