dc.description.abstractTarihin bütün dönemlerinde en önemli problemlerden birisi olarak kabul edilen yoksulluk sorunu, günümüz dünyasında önlenmeye çalışılan problemlerin başında gelmektedir. Herhangi bir ülkede belli bir dönemde elde edilen toplam gelirin kişiler, sektörler, bölgeler arasındaki paylaşımı anlamına gelen gelir dağılımında ortaya çıkacak adaletsiz paylaşım, ülke içerisinde zengin ile yoksul arasındaki farkın daha belirgin bir hal almasına neden olmaktadır. Gelir dağılımındaki adaletsizlikler toplumda bireyler, gruplar, bölgeler arasında gerilimlere, çatışmalara neden olabileceği için ekonomik bir problem olmasının yanında sosyal ve siyasal bir problem olarak da kabul edilir. Bu çalışmada, gelir dağılımı ve yoksulluk kavramları farklı yönleri ile ortaya konularak, Türkiye'de gelir dağılımındaki adaletsizliklerin yoksulluk sorunu üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. TÜİK tarafından yayımlanan gelir dağılımı ve yoksulluk istatistikleri incelenerek, gelirin adaletsiz paylaştırılmasının yoksulluk sorununu üzerinde olumsuz etkide bulunduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. dc.description.abstractThe problem of poverty, which is accepted as one of the most important problems in all periods of history, is one of the problems that are tried to be prevented in today's world. The inequitable distribution that will emerge in the income distribution, which means the sharing of the total income obtained in a certain period in any country, among individuals, sectors, regions, causes a more pronounced between the rich and the poor within the country. Inequalities in income distribution is considered a social and political problem as well as an economic problem, as it can cause tensions and conflicts between individuals, groups, regions in society. In this study, the concepts of income distribution and poverty are presented with different aspects, the effect of injustice in income distribution on the problem of poverty in Turkey is examined. By examining the income distribution and poverty statistics published by TÜİK, it was concluded that the unequal distribution of income had a negative effect on the poverty problem.
