| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Kunt göz travması sonrası miyopi gelişen iki olguyu değerlendirdik. Birinci olgumuzda miyopinin nedeni travmaya bağlı lens-iris diyaframının öne doğru hareketiydi. İkinci olgumuzda önce travmaya maruz kalan sol gözde miyopi, tespit ettik. Bu olgumuzda, travmadan 12 saat sonra sağ gözde de miyopi gelişti. Sol gözde tespit ettiğimiz miyopi siliyer cisim ödemine, sağ gözdeki ise efferent otonomik sinir innervasyonu nedeni ile oluştuğunu düşündüğümüz siliyer cisim spazmına bağlandı. Travmatik miyopi kunt göz travmalarından sonra meydana gelebilen nadir bir klinik durumdur. Kunt göz travması sonrası travmatize gözde veya her iki gözde, genellikle geçici olan miyopi gelişebilmektedir. Başlık (İngilizce): Traumatic myopia Öz (İngilizce): We evaluated two cases with myopia after blunt ocular trauma. The reason of myopia in the first case was anterior displacement of the iris-lens diaphragm. In the second case, transient myopia was initially detected in the left eye which exposed to the trauma. In this case myopia was also observed in the right eye 12 hours after the trauma. We concluded that myopia was due to ciliary spasm which arise from stimulation of efferent autonomic system in the right eye and ciliary body edema in the left eye. Traumatic myopia is a rare transient situation which may be seen in the injured eye or both eyes after blunt ocular trauma. | en_US |
