Aim: The aim of this study is to examine the acute effects of stretching techniques applied in static, dynamic and PNF warm-up protocols on sportive performance parameters in taekwondo players. Material and Method: The universe of this research consisted of 24 women aged 16-18, who have been taekwondo athletes for at least 2 years in Malatya province. 72 hours between measurements; After static, PNF and dynamic warm-up protocols were applied, agility, visual simple reaction time, flexibility, maximal strength, vertical jump, 10m sprint, kick speed frequency and static balance performance tests were applied. The data obtained from the research were analyzed using the IBM Statistics (SPSS version 26.0, Armonk, NY) program. Results: The warm-up protocols that most positively affect the athletic performance parameters are as follows. It is a dynamic warm-up protocol for kick speed frequency, maximal strength, agility, vertical jump, visual simple reaction time and 10m sprint performance parameters. PNF warm-up protocol for flexibility and static balance performance parameters. Conclusion: It was concluded that static, PNF and dynamic warm-up protocols can affect agility, static balance, vertical jump, visual simple reaction time, maximal strength, 10m sprint, kick speed frequency and flexibility sportive performance parameters in female taekwondo players. Key Words: Different stretching techniques, taekwondo, warm-up protocols
