Özet
Kil kullanımı ve seramik eşya yapımı, insanoğlunun yerleşik hayata başlamasıyla beraber; günümüze kadar gelişerek bir endüstri ve sanat dalı olmuştur. Seramik yüzeyler üzerinde; bugüne kadar geçen süreç içerisinde estetik ve ekonomik amaçların ötesinde, toplumların duyarlılığını, kültürel düzeyini, dinsel inanç ve davranışlarını, günlük yaşamlarını, duygu ve düşünce beklentilerini yansıtmak için doku ve doku çeşitleri kullanılmıştır. Doğada bulunan tüm canlı ve cansız varlıkların her biri, bir işlevi yerine getirmek amacıyla oluşmuştur. Bu varlıkların her birinin karakteristik bir dokusu (dış yapısı) bulunmaktadır. Bu dokular yaşam koşullarına göre şekillenmiştir. Bu bilgiler ışığında birinci bölümde; doku ve doku çeşitleri, insanın ve doğanın yaratmış olduğu dokular incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde; seramiğin günlük kullanım eşyası olmaktan çıkıp günümüz çağdaş seramik sanatında, bir sanat nesnesi ve ifade aracı olarak, seramik sanatı incelenmiştir. Ayrıca seramiğin gelişim evrelerinde dokunun yeri ve günümüz çağdaş seramik sanatında dokuyu ele alan sanatçılara yer verilmiş ve örnekler sunulmuştur. Bunların yanında; kil çeşitlerine göre ve kullanılan tekniklere göre, farklı doku arayışları incelenmiştir. Dokunun görsel gücünü artırmak için renkli sır, astar, oksit boya, pişirim teknikleri ve farklı materyallerin seramiklerde oluşturdukları dokular araştırılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise; özgün seramik yüzeylerde farklı materyaller kullanılarak doku arayışlarının ele alınış süreçleri ve sanat eserleri raporunda sunulan seramik çalışmaların görselleri ve detaylı bilgileri sunulmuştur. Sonuç bölümünde, elde edilen bilgi ve dokümanlarla bir veri oluşturulmuş ve yeni araştırmacılara esin kaynağı olması hedeflenmiştir. Seramiğin yüzeyi ve teknik olanakları sanatçıya geniş olanaklar sunmaktadır. Seramik sanatındaki gelişme hiç kuşkusuz yeni keşifler ve sunuşlarla sürecek ve sanatçıların, yaşadığı çağ ve bireysel özelliklerini yansıtmasıyla devam edecek .
The use of clay and ceramic ware made, with the beginning of settled life of human beings, is an industry and art have been developed to date. On ceramic surfaces, aesthetic and economic goals in the process so far beyond the days, the sensitivity of the societies, the cultural level, religious belief and behavior, daily life, feelings and thoughts to reflect the expectations of texture and texture types were used. All living and non-living beings in nature, each of them exist to fulfill a function. A texture characteristic of each of these assets (external structure) are available. These textures has been shaped by the living conditions. According to these information, in the first part, texture and texture types, textures were created by man and nature. The second section,at today?s contemporary ceramic art, rather than articles of daily use, ceramics, use as an art objects and a means of expression were examined. In addition, the location of texture at developmental stages of ceramics and the artists which deal with textures in ceramics at today?s contemporary ceramics art were presented and examples were given. In addition to these, according to the types of clay and the techniques used, the seeking for different textures were examined. To increase the visual power of the texture color glaze, coating, oxide, paint, ceramic firing techniques and textures which were formed with different materials on ceramics were investigated. In the third section, the process of the seeking for textures on the original ceramic surface by using different materials and visual and detailed information of ceramics work which were offered in work of art report were presented. In conclusion, the data obtained from the information and documents have been created and intended to inspire new researchers. Surface and the technical possibilities of ceramics offers a wide range of possibilities to artists. Development of ceramic art will continue new discoveries and presentations with no doubt and artists also continue to reflecting their era and individual characteristics.
