Özet
İnönü Üniversitesi Acil Servisine 5 Yıl İçerisinde Başvuran Zehirlenme Vakalarının Retrospektif İncelenmesi Giriş- Amaç: Zehirlenme nedenleri ülkeden ülkeye, aynı ülke içinde bölgeden bölgeye yıllar içinde değişebilmektedir. Benzer şekilde zehirlenme etkenleri yaşa, cinsiyete, eğitim düzeyine, kültüre ve mevsimlere göre değişmektedir. Bu çalışmada amacımız Malatya ve Doğu Anadolu bölgesinden gelen zehirlenme vakalarının yaş, cinsiyet dağılımı, zehirlenme etkenleri ve nedenlerini değerlendirmekti. Materyal ve Metod: Çalışma, Malatya ili ve çevre illerden hastaların başvurduğu, İnönü Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Acil Polikliniğine 01.01.2010-31.12.2014 tarihleri arasında getirilen 18 yaş ve üzeri ilaç zehirlenme olgularının dosyaları geRiye dönük taranarak yapıldı. Bulgular: Hastaların % 71.3'ü kadın, % 28.7'si erkek ve yaş ortalaması 28 idi. Hastaların %52'si evli, % 41.5'i bekar idi. Çalışmaya katılan vakaların %37.7'si lise mezunu, % 31.3'ü üniversite mezunu idi. Hastaların %28.1'i İlkbahar mevsiminde ve olguların %41.5'i saat 00:00-07:59 saatleri arasında acile başvurmuştu. Çalışmaya alınan hastaların % 79.4'ü ölmek amaçlı zehirlenme idi. Hastaların %15.4'ünde depresif bozukluk tanısı mevcuttu. Zehirlenme vakalarının % 17.7'si antidepresanlar ile %12.7'si multiple ilaçlar ile zehirlenmişti. Çalışmaya alınan hastaların %75.4'ü hastaneye yatırıldı, %11.7'si acil servisten taburcu edildi. 3 hastamız takip edildiği serviste ve 1 hastamız acil serviste exitus oldu. sonuç: Sonuç olarak zehirlenmelerin en aza indirilmesi için, zehirlenme yönünden aile ve toplum bireylerin eğitilmesi, reçetesiz ilaç satılmaması ilaçların bilinçsiz olarak kullanılmaması gerekmektedir Anahtar Kelimeler: İlaç Zehirlenmeleri, Acil Servis, Retrospektif
Retrospective Analysis of İntoxication cases admitted to emergency department of Inonu Universityfor five years Introduction and Aim: Causes of poisonings country may change over the years from country to country, from region to region within the same country. Similarly, the toxicity factors vary according to age, gender, level of education, culture, and the seasons. In this study our goal is to asses age, sex distribution, and causes of poisoning cases in Malatya and eastern Anatolia region. Material and Method: The study made by scaning retrospective files of poisoning cases to 18 and over age patients refers to İnönü University Faculty of Medicine, Emergency Department between 01.01.2010-31.12.2014 from provinces of Malatya and the surroundings. Results: %71.3 of the patients were female, %28.7 were male and the mean age of patients were 28. %52 of patients were married, %41.5 were single. %37.7 of cases in studying were graduated from high school, %31.3 were graduated from University. %28.1 of patients were admitted to emergency department in spring season and %41.5 of these cases were admitted to emergency department between 00:00-07:59 clock. %79.4 of studying patients were drug poisining purpose of die. %15.4 of patients had depressive disorder. %17.7 of poisoningcases were taken antidepressant drugs and %12.7 were taken multiple drugs. %75.4 of studying patients were hospitalized and % 11.7 of patients were discharge from emergency department. . 3 patients followed in services and 1 patient in emergency department died. Conclusion: As a result, to minimize the poisoning, training the inviduals in family and in society, preventing selling of drugs without prescription, avoiding unconscious use of drugs should not be left exposed.
