Özet
Amaç: Turgut Özal Tıp Merkezi Beslenme ve Diyet Polikliniğine başvuran yetişkin bireylerin beslenme alışkanlıkları, yeme tutum ve davranışları ve etkileyen faktörleri yeme tutum testi ölçeği kullanarak araştırmaktadır. Materyal ve Metot: Turgut Özal Tıp Merkezi Beslenme ve Diyet Polikliniğine başvuran 222 kadın, 88 erkek yetişkin birey üzerinde yapılmıştır. Sosyodemografik özellikler, beslenme alışkanlıkları, antropometrik ölçümler ve Yeme Tutumu Testi (EAT-40) ölçeğini içeren anket soruları, bireylere yöneltilmiştir. Verilerin incelenmesinde SPSS-22 programı kullanılmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma, mann whitney U testi, lojistik regresyon analizi, ki-kare testi ve post hoc bonferroni düzeltmeli ki-kare testi, kruskal wallis ve post hoc testi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan bireylerin %71.6'sı kadın, %28.4'ü erkektir ve bireylerin yaş ortalaması 36.3 ± 13.4 yıldır. Bireylerin %52.2'si obez, %24.8'i fazla kiloludur ve BKİ ortalaması 31.5±8.7'dir. Araştırmaya katılan bireylerin %58.7'si günde üç ana öğün tüketmektedir. Bireylerin %42.6'sı öğün atlamaktadır. Öğün atladığı saptanan bireylerin %16.1'inin sabah, %24.2'sinin öğle öğününü atladığı bulunmuştur. Hiç ara öğün tüketmeyenlerin oranı %23.9'dur. Katılımcılar ara öğünde %22.9'u kek- bisküvi, %38.4'ü sebze-meyve tükettiğini belirtmiştir. Cinsiyet, BKİ, diyet yapma, beden algısı, bireylerin yeme tutum davranışını etkilemektedir. Yaş, fiziksel aktivite, eğitim durumu, ekonomik durum, medeni durum, sigara kullanımı, hastalık görülme durumu ile yeme tutum davranışları arasında anlamlı ilişki bulunmamaktadır. Sonuç: Araştırmaya katılan bireylerin yeme bozukluğu oranı %25.2'dir. Yeme davranış bozukluğu obez bireylerde yüksek oranda görüldü. Bireylerde obezite ve yeme bozukluklarını etkileyen faktörlerin sorgulanması ve çözümler üretilmesi önerilmektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Beslenme, diyet, yeme tutum ve davranışı.
