| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın ortaya konuluş amacı dünya üzerindeki Türk devletlerinin, diğer ülkelerde azınlık konumunda yaşayan Türk nüfusun ve ülkemiz sınırları dışında yaşayan vatandaşlarımızın Türkiye'nin gizil gücü olduğu ve bu gücün etkin şekilde kullanılmasının uluslararası alanda Türkiye'nin konumunu güçlendireceğinin vurgulanmasıdır. Araştırmanın hedefi Türkiye'nin sahip olduğu gizil gücün farkına varılmasını sağlamaktır. Bu doğrultuda hazırlanan bu çalışma dört kesimden oluşmaktadır. Birinci kesim, araştırma hakkındadır. İkinci kesim Dış Türkler hakkında genel bilgiler üzerinedir ve ?Dış Türkler? hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiştir. Üçüncü kesim ?Türkiye'nin Gizil Gücü: Dış Türkler?dir. Bu kesimde ikinci kesimde verilen bilgiler ışığında ?Dış Türkler? olgusunun Türkiye için gizil bir güç unsuru olduğu konusu işlenerek bu gücün kullanımı değerlendirilmiş ve ilgili yöntemler hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Üç bölümden oluşan bu kesimde üçüncü bölüm, ?Türklük Unsuru ve Türk Devletleriyle İlişkilerin Geliştirilmesi?dir. Bu bölümde uluslararası ilişkilerde güç unsurları konusu işlenerek bağımsız Türk devletleriyle Türkiye ilişkilerinin geliştirilmesinin Türkiye açısından önemi belirtilmiş ve bu konuda Türklük unsurunun önemi vurgulanmıştır. Dördüncü bölüm, ?Azınlık Konumundaki Türklerin Gücünden Faydalanma Aracı Olarak Sivil Toplum Örgütleri?dir. Bu bölümde azınlık kavramı ve sivil toplum örgütleri bağdaştırılarak Türkiye açısından uluslararası arenadaki önemi vurgulanmış ve sivil toplum kuruluşları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Beşinci bölüm, ?Diaspora Türkleri ve Lobicilik?tir. Dördüncü kesim genel değerlendirmedir. Bu çalışma Türkiye'nin sahip olduğu gizil gücün farkına varılması açısından önem taşımaktadır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to point that Turkish states on the world, the minorities in other countries and the citizens outside of our country are potential power of Turkey and using this power effectively makes the status of the Turkey more powerfull in international platform. The aim of this study is to make people be aware of this power. This study consists of four sections. First section is about this study. Second section gives general informations about ?Outer Turks?. The headline of the third section is ?The Secret Power of Turkey: Outer Turks?. In this section, in the directions of the informations given in second section, the fact that ?outer Turks are potential power of Turkey? is studied and usage of this power is evaluated. In this section that consists of three parts, the headline of the third part is ?Turkishness Fact and Development of Relationships withTurkish States?. In this part, the power facts in international relationships are studied, the importance of the relationship between Turkish States and Turkey is stated and the importance of Turkishness is emphasized. The headline of fourth part is ?Civilian Society Organizations as a Opportunity to Benefit from the Power of the Turks in Minority Status?. In this part minority concept and civilian society organizations are accomodated, the importance of this accomodations in international relationships is emphasized and informations about civilian society organizations are given. The headline of the fifth part is ?Diaspora Turks and Lobbying?. The fourth part is general evaluation.
