Kanama durdurucu ajanların dental dokuların renk değişikliği üzerindeki etkileri

dc.description.abstractÖz: Amaç: Bu çalışmada, hemostatik ajanların dental dokuların renk değişikliği üzerindeki etkilerinin in vitro ortamda incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmada çürükten etkilenmemiş 40 adet çekilmiş insan 3. molar diş kullanıldı. Dişlerin okluzal yüzeylerindeki mine, düz bir dentin yüzeyi elde etmek için kaldırıldı ve dişler akrilik bloklar içerisine yerleştirildi. Örnekler, rastgele seçilerek 4 gruba ayrıldı (n=10). Hazırlanan gruplara 4 farklı kanama durdurucu ajan uygulandı; G1: Hemoban (Sultan®, ABD), G2: Ankaferd Blood Stopper© (Ankaferd, Türkiye), G3: Hemostatic solution (WP dental, Almanya), G4: Hemospad (Dentsply, Almanya). Hazırlanan dentin yüzeylerine kanama durdurucu ajanlar uygulanmadan önce ve uygulandıktan sonraki CIE L *a*b* değerleri bir kolorimetre (Easyshade® Compact, VITA, Almanya) aracılığı ile ölçüldü ve ?E*ab değerleri hesaplandı. Grupların renk değişikliği değerleri Kruskall- Wallis H ve Mann-Whitney U testleri ile karşılaştırıldı (p =0.05). Bulgular: En düşük renk değişikliği değerleri Hemospad ile elde edilirken, en yüksek değerler Hemoban uygulanan örneklerde kaydedildi (p<0.05). İstatistiksel değerlendirmenin sonucunda gruplar arasında renk değişikliği açısından anlamlı farklılıklar olduğu görüldü (p <0.05). Sonuçlar: Diş hekimliğinde kanama durdurucu olarak kullanılan ajanlar dentin dokusu üzerinde renk değişikliğine neden olabilmektedir. Kanama durdurucu ajan olarak kullanılan bu solüsyonların açık dentin dokusu üzerine temas etmemeleri için özen gösterilmelidir. Başlık (İngilizce): The effects of hemostatic agents to color change of dental tissue Öz (İngilizce): Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of hemostatic agents to the color change of dental tissues. Materials and Methods: 40 extracted human third molars which are not affected by caries used in this study. Occlusal surfaces removed to obtain flat dentinal surfaces and teeth mounted acrylic. Specimens were divided into four groups of 10 to be tested four different hemostatic agents. Prepared tooth groups were aplied hemostatik agent (Hemoban, Sultan&reg;, USA; Hemospad, Dentsply, Germany; Ankafert Blood Stopper&copy;, Ankafert, Turkey; Hemostatic solution, WP dental, Germany). Before and after application of hemostatic agents to flat surface of teeth, L*a*b* values were measured with a colorimeter (Easyshade&reg; Compact, VITA, Germany), and &amp;#916;E*ab values were calculated. Data were compared using Kruskall-Wallis H ve Mann-Whitney U tests (p =0.05). Results: The highest color change were found with Hemoban hemostatic solution. The lowest color change was observed with Hemospad hemostatic agent (p &lt;0.05). There were statistically significant differences amoung groups according to color change (p &lt;0.05). Conclusions: As a result, hemostatic agents used in dentistry as a hemostatic can cause color change over the dentine tissue. Therefore, when solutions which are used as a hemostatic agent are used, should be careful to avoid contact these solutions with the open dentine tissue.en_US
