| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Amaç: Malatya Arapgir ilçesi devlet hastanesine başvuran gebelerin DÖB hizmetlerinden yararlanma durumlarını değerlendirmek ve bunları etkileyen faktörleri incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştıma kesitseldir. Haziran 2004-2005 tarihleri arasında hastaneye başvuran üçüncü trimesterde bulunan 104 gebeye sos-yodemografik özellikleriyle birlikte aldıkları DÖB Hizmetleriyle ilgili soruları içeren anket formu yüz-yüze uygulanmıştır. Veriler DÖB hizmetinin niteliğinin "yeterli veya yetersiz"ve DÖB hizmetinin niceliği ile ilgili elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri SPSS 11.0 istatistik paket programında değerlendirilmiş Ki-kare analizi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Gebelerin %48.1'i yeterli DÖB hizmeti almıştır. DÖB nitelik puanını etkileyen faktörler olarak; yaş, aile tipi, eşin eğitimi, sosyal güvence tespit edilmiştir (P<0.005). DÖB nicelik puanına göre DÖB hizmeti alan gebelerin % 6.7'si 1-2 puan, % 15.4'ü 3-4 puan, % 75'i 5-6 puan almıştır. DÖB nicelik puanını etkileyen faktörler olarak; aile tipi, annenin eğitimi, eşin eğitimi tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç: DÖB hizmetlerini olumsuz etkileyen faktörler dikkate alınarak daha az yararlandığı tespit edilen kırsal kesimde yaşayan, sosyal güvencesi olmayan ve eğitim düzeyi düşük olan kadınlara "yeterli ve nicelikli"doğum öncesi bakım hizmetlerinin ulaştırılabilmesi için sağlık personelinin daha duyarlı olması gerekmektedir | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: Objectives: The study has been aimed to evaulate the circumstances of the pregnants applied to the Malatya Arapgir State Hospital for the prenatal care services and affecting factors. Materials and Method: The study is a cross-sectional. The survey forms including the questions about their socio-demographics characteristics and the antenatal care serviced to the 104 pregnants at their third trimester applied to the hospital were carried out face to face between June 2004-2005. Data about quantity of antenatal care services as "sufficient"or "snsufficient"and quality of antenatal care services obtained. The research data were analyzed with the SPSS 11.0 statistics programme. Ki-square analysis was used. Results: 48.1% of the pregnants were serviced sufficient antenatal care. As factors affecting the antenatal care quality score; age, family type, hus-band's education, social insurance were defined (P<0.005). According to the antenatal care quantity score, 6.7% of the pregnants were scored 1-2 points, 15.4% were scored 3-4 points, 75% were scored 5-6 points. As affecting factors the antenatal care quantity score, family type, mother's education and husband's education were defined. Conclusion: The health stuff should be more sensitive to give the antenatal care service as "sufficient and well-qualified"to the women with low level education and without a social insurance and living in rural area and benefitting from these services less by considering the factors affecting the antenatal care services negatively. | en_US |
