| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Bu çalışmanın amacı Etkinlik Teorisine ve Kriz yönetimine ilişkin yazılmış tanım, model ve göstergeleri incelemek ve Kriz Yönetim Sürecinde Etkinlik Teorisinin kullanılması ile Kriz Yönetiminde yöneticilere farklı ve bütüncül bir bakış açısı ortaya koymaktır. Çalışma kapsamında, kriz yönetim stratejilerinin ve uygulamalarının Etkinlik Teorisi bağlamında nasıl uygulanabileceği üzerinde durulmaya çalışılmış ve kriz yönetimi etkinlik sistemine yönelik bir öneri sunulması amaçlanmıştır. Sonuç olarak da kriz yönetim sürecinin çok yönlü olarak incelenmesinde, Etkinlik Kuramı’nın dayandığı temel ilkelerin ve etkinlik sistemindeki öğelerin önemli birer yol göstericiler olabileceği, kriz yönetim sürecinin Etkinlik Teorisi bağlamında ele alınmasının yöneticilere büyük faydalar sağlayacağı ve onların işlerini kolaylaştıracağı, tüm çalışanlar arasında işbirliğini artırabileceği ve böylece sonuca ulaşmanın daha kolay olacağı söylenebilir. | dc.description.abstract | Öz: The purpose of this study is to examine the written definitions, models and indicators related to Event Theory and Crisis Management and to present a different and holistic perspective to managers in Crisis Management by using Efficiency Theory in Crisis Management Process. Within the scope of the study, it has been tried to focus on how Efficiency Theory, Crisis Management and Crisis Management Practices can be applied on the basis of Efficiency Theory. As a result, in the multi-dimensional analysis of the crisis management process, the basic principles on which the Activity Theory is based and the elements in the activity system can be important guides and addressing the crisis management process in the context of the Theory of Effectiveness can bring great benefits to managers and make their job easier. It can be said that it can increase cooperation among all employees and thus it will be easier to reach the result. Therefore, it has been proposed to use the Theory of Efficiency in the Crisis Management Process. | en_US |
