Hemodynamic instability can develop due to the blocking of right ventricular load depending on the tumor size. Therefore, anesthetic management is important. In this case presentation, anesthetic management of the patient with cardiac tamponade developed secondary to right atrial angiosarcoma was presented. © 2016 Turkish Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Society. All rights reserved.
