| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Optosiliyer venöz şant damarları başta optik sinir meningiomu olmak üzere, optik sinir gliomu, optik sinirin araknoid kisti, optik sinir kolobomu, santral retinal ven oklüzyonu, optik sinir druzeni, kronik atrofik papil ödeminde ve hatta normal gözlerde de bildirilmiştir. Biz psödotümör serebrili bir olgunun tek gözünde optosiliyer venöz şant damarları tespit ettik. Psödotümör serebri arka segmentte, retina altı yeni damar oluşumları, maküla yıldızı, subretinal ve preretinal kanamalar, koroid katlantılarına neden olabilmektedir. Bu olgumuzda, tek taraflı optosiliyer venöz şant damarları, koroidal katlantılar ve tedavi ile görme alanındaki değişiklikleri sunuyoruz. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: Many reports have been published on the presence of opticociliary venous shunt vessels in association with especially, optic nerve sheath meningiomas, optic nerve gliomas, arachnoid cysts of the optic nerve, optic nerve coloboma, santral retinal vein occlusion, drusen of the optic disk, chronic atrophic papilledema and even normal eyes. We describe a patient with pseudotumor cerebri with apparent unilateral opticociliary venous shunt vessels. Pseudotumor cerebri can cause, macular star, sub-retinal neovascularization, subretinal and preretinal hemorrhage, choroidal folds in the posterior segment. We are presenting unilateral opticociliary shunt vessels with choroidal folds and visual field changes after treatment. | en_US |
