Özet
Demiryolları, yolcu ve yük taşımacılığında dünyanın pek çok ülkesinde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Son yıllarda ülkemizde demiryolu taşımacılığına büyük yatırımlar yapılmakta, çağın gerisinde kalan Türkiye demiryolları yeniden yolcu ve yük taşımacılığında önemli bir hale gelmektedir. Ancak yapılan bu yatırımlar sadece teknoloji ithali şeklindedir. Demiryollarında tren trafiği idaresinde kullanılan TMİ, TSİ, Hareketli blok ve tren koruma sistemleri olan ATS, ATP, ATO ve ATC gibi sistemleri ülkemizde üreten ve bu konuda ar-ge yapan hiçbir firma veya kurum mevcut değildir. Bu tezin amacı, tren trafiği yönetim metotlarından biri olan hareketli blok sisteminin tasarımı ve uygulamasının gerçekleştirilmesidir. Bu kapsamda tren trafiği yönetim metotları ve tren koruma sistemleri ayrıntıları ile incelenip temel mantıkları çıkartılmıştır. Bu temel mantığa göre, tren trafiği yönetim metodu ve tren koruma sistemi olan bir sistem tasarlanmış, bu sisteme ?Hareketli Blok ve Komünikasyon Bazlı Tren Koruma Sistemi? adı verilmiştir. Bu projenin bir prototipi yapılmış olup Malatya ? Dilek istasyonları arasında denenmiş ve başarılı sonuç alınmıştır. In most of the countries, the railways have an important place in passenger transportation and load carrying. In recent years, big investments have been done for the railways transport in our country and thus the railways of Turkey which have been behind the times have been getting importance in railway passenger transportation and load carrying. But, these investments have been generally done as the technology importation. In Turkey, there are no firm or association which produce systems such as TMI, TSI, Moving Block which are the Train Traffic Management systems and ATS, ATP, ATO and ATC which are the Train Protection Systems and make research studies for improvement of these systems. The aim of this thesis is to perform the design and the application of the moving block system, which is one of the Train Traffic Management systems. In this scope, Train Traffic Management Method and Train Protection Systems are analysed in details and the basic logic is derived. A system called ?Moving Block and Communication Based Train Protection System? is designed as a Train Traffic Management Method and Train Protection System according to this basic logic. A prototype of this project is developed and it is tested between Malatya-Dilek train stations and successful results are obtained.
