dc.description.abstractDemir eksikliği anemisi (DF.A) çocuklarda sık görülen bir hastalıktır. Hastalığın tanısındaki önemli parametreler: Serum demiri (SI)), serum demir bağlama kapasitesi (Sl)BK). transferrin satürasyon yüzdesi (IS), serbest eritrosit protoporfırin ve serum J'erritin düzeyidir. Anemi taramalarında daha ekonomik ve pratik testler önerilmektedir. Otoanalizör ile çalışılan testlerin bir kısmı DEA tanısında anlamlı bulunmuştur. Bu çalışmada otoanalizör parametrelerinden olan eri tröst sayısı (RBC), ortalama eritrosit hacmi (MCI), ortalama eritrosit hemoglobini (Mill), ortalama eritrosit hemoglobin konsantrasyonu (M('IIC). red cell distribution width (RDW). ortalama platelet volümü (MPV) ve platelet (l'I.T) sayısının DUA deki tanısal değeri araştırıldı. Bu amaçla 6-24 ay arasındaki 54 hastada bu parametrelerin DEA deki spesıfıtesı. bırhırlerivle re SI). SDBK. TS arasındaki korelasyon derecesi belirlendi. Söz konusu parametrelerden MCI’ ~5Jİ. RDW %1~ ve MCli 20 />g olması halinde DUA de tanısal değerlerinin olduğu, MCIIC. MPl’ve PI.T sayısının tanısal değerinin olmadığı görüldü.en_US
dc.description.abstractIron deficiency anemia is a common disease in childhood.Major parameters used for diagnosis, are serum iron level (SI), total iron binding cajiasity (T1BC). transferrin saturation (TS). free eritrocyte protoporjinne and serum ferritin I eve! In recent years, economic and practical tests for screening anemia, are recommended. In this study, diagnostic value of RBC. MCI'. MCH. MCIIC. RDW. MPV and PIT in iron deficiency anemia were evaluated. Correlations between these parameters with each other and SI. IIBC. IS were investigated in 54 />atients, 6-24 months of age. In conclusion. MCI' ~5 fl. RDW %l~. and MCH 20 f>g were valuable tests, and MCIIC, MPV and PIT have not diagnostic value in iron deficiency anemia.en_US
